Love the store. Very large with knowledgeable staff. I had to run in for a pvc fitting for a drain issue. I was not only greeted right away, I was listened to and was given several options I hadnt even though of. Store was clean and organized. Plenty of parking. I live closer to Kings Hwy ACE, and definitely will be taking the extra time to come to this store instead!

The staff inside were very helpful. However when I went out to get help with plants I needed to track someone down even though they were not busy. I gave them the names of the plants I needed and they were not firmiliar with the plants. They suggested I take a look around.

Had everything we needed and then some. Got a key made which other places couldnt do because of their machines. The cut around, old school are the best. The prices here are very reasonable even compared to Walmart. The whole staff there is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Convenient for us to get to. This will be our go to store.

Wife picked up an online order here. Product did not meet our needs, so we decided to return the two unopened boxes. Front desk lady was rude off the bat and said online orders have to be returned at paint desk. Go to paint desk and worker there is rude, and tells her order can only be returned by manager, who is at lunch, so we will have to come back later. Very inconvenient as we dont live close. Call customer service to find out if we can return to a different ace. Customer service said no, then hung up on us.Guess we get to make another trip and hope the only person that can make a simple is actually there.Ace used to be the helpful hardware store, now they are worse than Home Depot and cost more too. Dont waste your time or money here, they dont want to help and dont care about customers.

Sunshine Ace is awesome! They were very helpful over the phone and the delivery driver was professional and very friendly both times he made a delivery. When he delivered our grill he hooked up the propane to ensure there was no leaks and everything worked properly. We have another Ace store closer but prefer Sunshine because of their great selection and customer service. Thank you, Sunshine Ace!

Always helpful you can find almost anything prices are very fair .....beware on Saturday the parking lot is full and it seems people forget how to drive and park and this lot is smaller but good store

I love Ace. But this Ace doesnt keep up with pricing. The rack price doesnt match for deeply discounted items.It seems to me that the point of deeply discounting something is to clear it out. So why is something that rings up at $7.00 still labelled more than $30.00 on the rack?

They have a huge selection from fishings tackle to screen supply screws knots ballz sawblades plumbing electrical pool supplies to random as seen on tv stuff hats you name it they have it there prices on some stuff are high but on others or low like strippers picks that we use for pollen screen there fifteen dollars when theyre normally to three bucks but fishing string is half the price of fishing franks

Propane fill only took 3 gallons but you still pay full amount. Might as well go to big box store.

Went to Ace for fishing gear. Seth is the MAN in that department. Being new to the area, he told me lures are useless on salt water fish. Too many things to eat to go for a shinny lure. He upgraded the rod & reel, the weight of the fish would have destroyed the gear I used for freshwater fish. And he cut me a deal on camo line, the fish notice regular line. All in all, I feel good about the whole thing.

Terrible customer service. If you ask where something is they stand and point if they dont automatically say they dont have it. Many times they have said we dont have that product and it is on the shelf. Should go back to the way it was before they turned it into a fishing store.

Nice experience, I basically walked in the store, headed in the direction of the items I wanted to purchase. A store employee asked if I needed help, and when I told him what I was looking for he showed me exactly where it was. Checkout was quick and easy.

Daughter bought several chairs for us and arranged to have them delivered. Two of six were damaged. So clearly damaged that they had to see it when they sent them.We both work, so we agreed to delivery without a signature. Perhaps that why we got the broken ones.Tried going through Customer Service. No help at all.Back to Amazon.

We own our own own plumbing business and we have a company account because we are in the so much. They have things our supply houses dont even have.

This is a special store. The staff is refreshingly pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful. They stick all one would expect from an Ace. With the addition of fishing equipment, limited clothing, Costa sunglasses and a very good selection of housewares. The addition of the craftsman tool line is an added bonus.

Let me tell ya......Ace Hardware is the Place that time forgot. Always have that specific item you are looking for and ALWAYS have the best person to talk you right to it......our person was Gunny. Kind, personable and with customer service skills that are off the chain! Personally saw us all the way to Sue at the check out counter......whi, by the way was genuinely bummed when we didnt have a winning basket......but we had already won by going to Ace Hardware. I end all encounters by saying, Make Good Choices!So....if you need a hardware store, skip the big ones, stick with the guys who started it all.....and make good choices......choose Ace Hardware as the Place to go.

Very rude staff.example of my Ace adventures: I asked if they had marine epoxy, they said no. It was on the shelf. I asked if they sold 240 GFI spa breaker, they said no it says available pick up now. I asked a question about a cordless blower and the guy told me to read the box. Every time I go there its unpleasant, so I finally stopped going. Thank God they opened up a new one on 776.. I feel sorry for people that still go there, they dont have to tolerate their BS

Went for key cut. Mgr said he couldnt get the blank for a common padlock. Very curt, couldnt be bothered suggesting an alternative place. For the blank and had it cut at Home Depot. While I was there spent another $700 I could have spent at ACE.I wont be back.The store owner and manager have both called me to apologize and vow to use the occasion for training staff.I have returned to the store twice since and have found the service and helpfulness to be great.Someone must have been having a bad day, we all have those.Thnx MW

As always on the weekend things happen. Needed a Spark plug for the mower an just ran up 2 Ace got it an back home in 15mins!Thanks Ace.

Always helpful and they have the specialty item the box stores cant find or never seem to reorder,because they dont know what it is. Coming from the Midwest, this Ace even carries a large line of fishing and boating stuff we need and local knowledge advice to,help us,buy the right stuff.

So nice to not have to walk a block to reach the item I need. Great customer service, always a friendly employee right and ready to help you, unlike the big box stores, and these people know their products and lead you to the product location. Prices reasonable too. Very refreshing and plan to return.

Ace is my go to place for all of my home repairs/painting jobs. I rely on the knowledge of the employees. Yesterday I was disappointed when the paint associate sold me me RSTP Vocoilenm to paint my wooden dinning table. Good job, my table in my front room should be free of rust 🤔. Really glad I waited to see how the first coat did before I painted my wooden end table also.

You may probably spend anywhere from 10 to 15% more but you will not waste your time walking around lost at Home Depot or Lowes here you get in you get out you got what you need they have the knowledge of helping you out thats him hes worth the 10 15% and I own a home improvement company I dont have time sometimes I walk around they definitely got their stuff together

Had to go way out of my way to buy bug spray. Store 2 .minutes away didnt have it. But this store didnt carry refill house cleaner...said never did carry it!!! UNBELIEVABLE BOTH SUNSHINE ACE BUT DONT CARRY SAME PRODUCTS!!!!

They dont carry my A/C filter. They wanted to rig one together and charge me around $40. Easy Filter had them and delivered in just a couple of days for $15 and no shipping.

There is always an Associate to help you as you enter the store. Excellent service. Just love shopping there.

Took awhile for anyone to help me, but when they did they were friendly and somewhat helpful. Havent been to this location in nearly a year, they used to be quite quick about offering help, different employees maybe?

The people there walked me through a household repair problem I had and helped me work out a solution and get me all the stuff I needed to do it. It took a while to get through it and even involved input from the owner. So I have to commend them for that, and it wasnt like they were making a lot of money off the sale. They just wanted to make sure I could get done what I had to do.
