Great experience very knowledgeable help me with what I had to do, definitely a satisfied customer. Its already enough of a pain in the arse to get one of these things put in your vehicle. At least I made me feel a little bit more comfortable about having it.

Having to install a interlock device on my car for driving under the influence wasnt on my bucket list....but I have to say that the experience with the installer was a pleasant surprise.
