Im always careful when I need service done on my vehicle. Robert did my oil change, and I was watching him work. He did a perfect job, and while I was not in a hurry, he was done very quickly. Im very pleased with the job they did.I called before I went to find out how busy they were, and Kevin was very helpful and informed me sooner was better if I didnt want to wait long.

I was very disappointed i often times have my car serviced there and there were place where u can sit inside but this time the seats were removed and placed outside not even on the pavement but a slopy area where there were leaves all over I had my patient with me he could not go down where the bench were, plus not everyone smoke,I am highly allergic to the smoke do not need to b in the hospital at this time.so i wont b taking my car to that location anymore and by the way I do almost all my shopping with Walmart. Very disappointed as I said before.

Refused service just because they are closing “within 15 minutes”. I got there at 4:45 but hours online state they close at 7…lol. These people are so lazy. they were literally all just sitting around doing nothing

This was my first experience dealing with this Walmart Auto Care store.They were very helpful, polite and knowledgeable about the different tires that would fit my Prius.After I made my choice they got right on it. The job took only one hour from the time I arrived until I drove away.I was very impressed with the price. I went to several tire stores and Walmart came in over $100 less than anybody else and these are a Dunlap tires a major brand, so Im very happy .I highly recommend this place.

I was definitely surprised that they gave absolutely great service. I called at 5:30 make sure they had my tires in stock they did. I arrived at 5:50 they had everything done within an hour. I had two new tires put on and I had a tire changed off of a rim with a new Rim put on. Everything was under two hundred bucks so the price was perfect they tested the battery and left a slip on my Dash so Im aware. All in all great service economical price I was totally surprised thank you Walmart

Even an oil change where they have 3 bays (of course only 1 was being used) there is a 2 1/2 hour wait. Incredible! You can’t schedule it and so you have to go early in the morning and still wait!!! Something just isn’t right with this.

I needed a new battery, and the employees were so nice and helpful I recommend them if you need any automotive work or parts done

I have used their services several times and they have been competent quick and courteous

They sure know how to talk like they have good customer service. I was told my car would be ready within the hour. 2 hours later, they put it on their lift and took my tires off...then walked away for an hour. Walmart makes $$$....I will support my local shops from now on....Time is valuable....it is a shame.

Took Walmart Tire and Lube 2 hours to tell me they couldn’t do my oil change because they didn’t know how. My car is a 95 and their computer only goes back to 97. So wouldn’t you think when I gave her the info of my car they would have told me then that they couldn’t do it. I will never bring another car to this place. If they knew what they were doing they would have been able to change the oil on my car. Scary I’ve brought my other car here.

Ordered two tires on a Friday and they arrived Monday. I showed up Monday and asked “how long is the wait?” They said “3 1/2 hours.” obviously that’s too long to wait. So I left. Next day, same answer and I left. Next day....2 1/2 hours...I left. Showed up Sunday at 6:50am. (First come first serve) they couldn’t find my tires after looking for them for 45+ minutes...finally found them and said “that’ll be about 2 1/2 hours until we can get to you”. This place nothing short of a joke.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Had my car towed here because of a flat. They insisted that I buy 2 tires instead of 1. I explained that I could only afford one. They said that I should take the car elsewhere the (knowing damn well a tow truck just dropped it off with a flat). I asked if they could put it on a rim they said yes. If I take the tire off and bring it in to them but no one there is able to let me use their jack or anything to take the tire off. I also could not leave the vehicle unless it is being worked on. I’d rather pay for another tow before I buy any tires from them ever again.

6 car garage and only 2 people working. Ive been here for over an hour and they still havent touched my car. I was here at 720am its now 820am.. thank you for wasting my time. Get more employees or just close the garage down.. Id been better off going elsewhere and spending a little more for my time. Beware, last time I was here they did $499 dollars worth of damage to my vehicle..

Good prices on tires

You definitely get the I just work here vibe from the techs in there. Like they dont want to work out even be decent human beings.

The gentlemen (if you can call him that) George was extremely rude to my fiance and wasnt particularly nice to me when I came for 2 new tires a week ago. Already had a bad experience here once with a brand new tire that went flat unfortunately nowhere else had my size tire so I had no choice but to come here. Low and behold one of the two brand new tires goes flat a week later. I bring in the reciept and all they tell me is we can fix a flat for $20. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Half of the lightbulbs are not even on shelves. The ones I need are missing. Also didnt have an air filter. Trip was a waste. At least the deal on the battery was dope.

If you have nothing but time go there shop for a couple three hours while you wait

Idk why everyone has had bad experience . Every time I show up they are all helpfull ..I had them rated a 4 with the first above post . Idk if they are under new management but went in a few days ago to get a new tire knowing how much I was going to pay and what size of the tire was. My last 3 tires came from this same exact Walmart and now for some reason they cant put the new tire on because it is to much of a lowprofile rim.All they told me was sorry. How come last 3 times you could, but now you cant ?

All these Walmart locations have a three to four hour wait for some curious reason. Tried an oil change oh we have a four hour wait tried a puncture repair oh we have a four hour wait . Go into car park and they have three vehicles. Would never use them and the reviews of 5 star are pure nonsensical !
