Kara was my stylist! She is very good and knowledgeable. The new Salon was remodeled and its very clean and beautiful. Prices are good. Save time and guessing how busy they are make appointment on line.

Bailey added perfect highlights to my daughters hair. My daughter had never had her hair highlighted, so Bailee took lots of time to gather information about expectations, and explained the entire process thoroughly. She was absolutely wonderful!

Left bleach on my hair for 4 hours. My scalp and my hair is fried :) been trying to get in touch with the owner all day he hasn’t even tried to reach out. Looks like I’ll be going to Morgan & Morgan & get my money back the legal way.

I was a walk in, I was greeted immediately with a smile. There was a short wait, and a number of times the gal at the desk apologized. When it was my turn I was greeted by Rosaliz, she was friendly and quite detailed in asking me exactly what I wanted. She chatted pleasantly through the haircut and did an exceptional job. I think I have finally found MY hairdresser! The salon is modern and clean- all around a great experience.

Lori listened and interacted with me regarding a new style. Then, she gave me the perfect cut! I love my new hairstyle! She also spent much more time with me than expected.

Took down a review of my friend telling all of you that her scalp got fried & left that place with a bad chemical burn, also had pics posted of her burns, but of course they are trying to hide the fact that it happened 🤷‍♀️ 100% would not recommend this place to anybody! Bet this gets taken down too!

UPDATE.... I decided to call the manager and let her know of my experience. She asked me to come back and give her the opportunity to correct the color. So I did. When I walked in she could see what I was saying. She pulled out the color book and asked questions. My hair is beautiful now!! Ill be one happy bride walking down the aisle!!1st post.... Natural red heads beware!!! Went in for a color and eyebrow waxing, 9 days before my wedding. Left with my eyebrow ripped raw and Orange hair. The next day my eye was still swollen and red. My fiancee says it looked like bright troll colored hair. I wont ever go back!

While having my mani pedi at LE Nails & Spa I mentioned that I badly needed a haircut. It was recommended that I try Fantastic Sams just a couple of doors down. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, the salon was immaculate and very modern. I was told that the salon recently had a total facelift. Kylie, who cut my hair, was professional, friendly and listened carefully as to what I wanted done with my hair. Ive been in the area for a year and this is the first person to actually give me the haircut I desired. It was ladies day so I got a great price for the cut. Check them out as I think they have some type of special every day.Im defintely going back!

I have to say I was very very impressed with SUZANNE the manager. To make the story short I was going in to get color and left with no color but instead healthier hair and tons of knowledge and a plan in place to get my hair restored . I have very long curly hair And it is so hard to find somebody that understands the difficulty of the type of hair that I have And when and how to color it. My ultimate goal is to go lighter with my hair, But Suzanne explained my hair is not in the best condition to color at the moment which I totally agree with, And she advised we start restoring my hair instead and prepare it for more color in the future. She not only explained how hair works but also Showed me how to nourish my hair. I loved how honest Suzanne was with me, I loved her confidence and her knowledge and that’s exactly what I have been looking for. From beginning to end my experience was phenomenal from her Customer Service, her knowledge, her kindness, she explains things in a way that is so easy to understand, I left with a wealth of knowledge!!!I’m super excited to put her advice to play to restoring my hair and I will be seeing her again in a couple of months to continue to work on my ultimate goal. Thank you so much Suzanne!!!!! You definitely need a raise I’m looking forward to our next visit

Suzanne is amazing!! It was my first time here and I got at least six inches off! I changed my whole hair style and even changed my hair color with Suzanne! The hair cut and color is perfect she went above and beyond with my hair!! I recommend her and fantastic sams!! 15/10!!

I have been going to Fantastic Sams for the pat 3 years. I have wonderful service with a great value. Suzanne is the Manger and she is an awesome hairstylist. I recommend them for any age or gender.

I was there about a month ago to get a spiral perm done. Was very impressed with the young lady who didnt my hair very friendly it took her 41/2 hours to roll my hair we talked laugh made the ring process bareable. She asked what mwds I was on to her. Been dealing with this problem for awhile never had issues with perming my hair. I spend a little money to do my hair which was down to my waist she did cut it before. Yes I talked to someone. But here I am a month later my hair is still so frizzy my ends are dead and my hair falling out. I was very happy with the hairdresser just not with the results. And of course after spending a 105 dollars theres nothing they can do. They product they used ruined my hair. 😡😡

I just walked in and was greeted. I said Id like to get a perm today. The girl told me they dont have time for that today. I said really? She said you want me to put you down for tomorrow? I said, I need to see what tommorow brings first. Then I walked out in disbelief!! I mean not one person was waiting and they are open until 7. I thought they take walk-ins

Something is wrong here. I have been using this salon for years, but the last year or so it has gone downhill fast. They advertise that walk ins are welcome, but I have not been able to walk in and get a cut for a long time. They make an appointment for several hours, or days later, then issue a disclaimer that it is not a set time, just an estimate. The stylists seem to have an attitude that they dont want to be bothered with just a cut, and the last one I got was terrible. The stylist was very rude to the other employees in the salon making me very uncomfortable. A man walked in to get a cut, and no one in the place wanted to do it. The poor girl went to each one in turn asking who could give this man a cut, and all the stylists were too busy or ready to go home. This was 2 hours before they closed. He was standing up front observing all of this. I couldnt wait to get out of there. At checkout I was surprised to find that the prices have gone up again. When I got home, I had to fix the long bits that she missed. I was angry. I know Im not paying for a designer cut, but the combo of a bad experience and a bad cut was it for me. I wont be back. I ended up going to another salon a few weeks later, and they took me in right away, and cut my hair perfectly, and for less money. I could have gone back here to have them fix it, but I didnt want to step foot in the place again. Someone in charge needs to consider why their stylists are so unhappy, and explain to them that the customer is why they are there, or they will have no business left. There are plenty of other places to go where you feel welcome and can get a decent cut.

Fantastic Sams in Port CharlottePersonally the worst place Ive ever gone. I went to have my hair cut and colored, I was very specific on what I wanted done with my hair, the color I wanted and how I wanted it cut. I wanted my hair to be a burgundy and the receptionist told me that there was a girl there who was great with vibrant colors and placed me with her. They cut my hair great I love my cut, but my color was another story. The hair stylist dyed my hair black with blue, purple, green and grey under tones, then after the first wash I had a huge chunk of purple. So after sitting in the salon for over 7 hours, I went back to have the stylist fix it per the discussion we had and once again sat there all day for almost 8 hours, from the time they opened to two hours before they closed only to walk out with fuchsia colored hair. After a week of a few washes my hair has faded to a light pink, I made an appointment to have my hair dyed to a darker color because I was all around unsatisfied with my hair coloring, I was booked for a 430 appointment. I drove half an hour to Fantastic Sams for them to have me sit there for 20 minutes to tell me they did not have time dye my hair and no one in the salon knew how to, after informing me the women who did my hair walked out and quit. The only solution they could give me was to cut my hair shorter and then maybe they could help me, but even then they did not have the time. Then after that they told me I should have come in for a consultation and they would have been able to tell me whether or not they couldve helped me. I was talked down to like a child as if their stylist messing up my hair and their receptionist scheduling me was my fault. I would never go back to them even for a cut, highly unprofessional and extremely rude.

Suzanne took fantastic care of me...Exceptionally knowledgeable stylist, excellent technique with both cut and highlights. So HAPPY with the end result. Long haired clients, fear not- in very good hands.

Suzanne was AMAZING! Worked with me on doing a custom color. She also did 2 different sample foils on my hair to see which I liked better and to see if we needed to lighten my hair. She isnt pushy with selling or upping your cost and trys to do things as price effect as possible.

I just got my highlights done again by Sarah, and they look great. She is a awesome colorist and goes the extra mile, to ensure her customer is happy. I will definitely be going back. The staff is also very friendly.

I called about 30 minutes before they were closing and asked them if they had time to do my sons cut, they took us right in. The lady was so nice. She did an amazing job on his hair too! I cant wait to go back for all of our family cuts.

I came in for a haircut and was actively ignored by 2 members of the staff (including the gentleman that allegedly owns this FS) I left after 10 minutes of not being acknowledged by anyone. What an embarrassing way to run a business, especially one in the service industry.

We have had the same hairdresser there for almost 11 years. I have never been disappointed! She is a gem. All of the staff are friendly and respectful. The establishment is clean and welcoming.

Hair stylist that I was with doesnt always listen to what the customer wants, she cuts a style that she thinks you might want. Once it is cut, it is too late. Good thing it grows out.

Forget this place! I have been going to this salon every other month for a year. The people are rude and stylists turn over is frequent. You find a good stylist and then theyre gone! No one bothers to call you. If you call to change your appointment no one changes it in the book and when you show up for the reschedule they are angry and give you a different stylist. This last time was the straw that broke the camels back! The stylist I was scheduled for was gone (again), no one called, the person who spoke to me was rude. I desperately needed a haircut, so I decided to give her a try. I waited and waited and waited, 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment no one came to speak to me. I walked out. Im tired of being treated poorly. My time is valuable.

I always just need a trim. It has never taken more than 8 minutes. However this place is always booked even tho there are 3 stylist just sitting in the corner talking. And the stylist always has an attitude ....Sad part is.. this happens last 4 times... the reason i have tried so many times... i work close by. The dont want to be bothered with guys haircuts...only the women that spend way too much...Its sad that good customer service is a thing of the past.

A couple months ago I had a really rough experience in this salon .. I was bet upset with my hair color and cut and overall service provided.. The owner Me.brown called me to offer me two free hair dye services and a Malibu maker over. I came in almost a month ago and met the most amazing stylist who truly understood why I was u happy with my hair and did the Malibu makeover and offered me a product which usually never buy but did because she truly knew how to explain the benifits and has made my hair look amazing and not dry from the two colors prior . Alyssa is truly an amazing stylist and so personable.. today I have an appointment for my last free dye to hopefully get my hair to what I originally wanted from the first appointment.. I will update you guys to let you know how it goes .. The important thing here is that someone finally recognized that my hair was messed up and is making great progress to get my hair how I want it .. Thanks to Mr.brown and fantastic sams for going above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Im so excited to get my hair done today and feel beautiful once again.

Horrible! I always get my hair platinum blonde. I told the women what formula my hair dresser up north text me. She argued with me pretty much the whole time about it...end results... My hair was YELLOW! the women even tried to say its not that bad!!!! Why even bother if your not gonna listen to your clients!!!

I was giving chuck to cut my hair .he cut my ear.i told him not to use clippers he did anyway, left bald spot on my head. They have trouble returning calls oh chuck shake as he cuts my hair the cut was uneven .i was told he was let go, but he is back beware!!!!
