The people who work here are nice and very help full but lately this store has declined its like it just doesnt care anymore .... they dont have a big stock or restocked pretty much at all since July of last yr their pickings are small we went to Sarasota Rackroom there store is Huge Ft.myers has another big store too

Rack Room shoes is great! I am always so impressed with their staff, they are always so friendly and ready to help their customers. They offer to help you find what you are looking for, but they arent pushy at all, which I appreciate. Good deals on the clearance rack too!

Taylor gave me the greatest customer service. I am on a crutch and need to lose weight to get surgery. I just joined a gym and I asked her opinion of the Asics and best style to use for workouts . I had already read about many different styles. She gave me her opinion. I tried on 3 different styles. I chose 2. She checked on me twice as well. Taylor was also going through the store assisting other customers. She was outstanding. A definite 5-star experience.

This place is great with absolutely fantastic customer service. Had a pair of white Nikes sent to me in the mail because the store did not have them in my size when they arrived one shoe appear to be somewhat discolor so I took them up there and with absolutely no hesitation they hadnt swapped out into another pair that they now had in stock and for more than happy to get me taken care of in a timely manner without any hassle. Would definitely recommend this location and again some of the best customer service Ive dealt with in a long time. The stores manager should give lessons on how to work in retail
