This was my first experience hunting for my perfect dress. Beautiful shop and dresses! My stylist was so sweet and made the awkwardness of undressing and stepping into the gowns a breeze. Even though I did not find The Dress here, I highly recommend this shop! They had a wonderful selection--at great prices which would fit comfortably into most budgets. The women at Charlotte Bridal are amazing!! I went in kinda knowing a look that I wanted for my wedding dress but not confident that I would find it cause I always have a hard time finding clothes that look good in the style I like. Like a fairy godmother Connie pulled dresses for me and each and every one we’re amazing and made me feel great! She told me she had one last one she’d like me to try and that was it that was my dress. I was felt so good about my experience with Charlotte Bridal that I took all my bridesmaids there to get their dresses and even the groom and groomsmen. They took care of my entire wedding party and made sure every single piece fit correctly and came in complete. Thank you for making us all look amazing on my wedding day!!

Sallie was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was sweet, courteous and incredibly knowledgeable. I tried on numerous dresses that were all exquisite. Found 4 or 5 that I really liked and narrowed it down to 2 that I absolutely love. Wonderful staff! I was only in town for a week and they were able to fit me in and fit my wedding dress beautifully!! The staff was great and worked around my schedule and I couldnt be happier with the end product. My dress needed to be fit and shortened and now it fits perfectly. So happy my mom found this place! Besides running the store, the owner Lynn spends countless hours coordinating 2 bridal fairs every year making it very convenient for brides-to-be and their fiances to find all of their wedding professionals from DJs, photographers, caterers, and venues under one roof. Went in for my first ever time trying on dresses and felt so welcomed :) Sallie was amazing and super friendly! She helped pick the most beautiful dresses :) We didnt feel rushed or pressured at all. They have quite a larger selection of dresses than you might expect from a small-looking boutique. Their staff is also super helpful, they really go the extra mile. A much better experience AND selection than those big name franchises.

As a new bride, Ive met a lot of new people in different industries like bridal dresses, photographers, venues, caterer, etc. Out of all these industries, my best experience was at Charlottes with Jennifer as my dress consultant. She was amazing! I wasnt sure what kind of dress I wanted and we went through all the styles together and she helped me find a few dresses that I really liked.
