Very well organized.looks beautiful and smells good. The staff is helpful, a candle fell because the shelf was loose, by my daughter. The staff quickly cleaned and picked up the glass while being concerned and kind towards my daughter. Will shop here again.

STILL Very grateful to have such a nice local actual Yankee Candle store in Port Charlottes mall. Always the general sales clerks there Really are kind and do try and do answer as well listen even to item ideas along with any ways customers use products. They even remember items inquire about and often those do get on display eventually in this store, really appreciated. Best is coupons Always receive when purchase. Id have to say this is one of most helpful staffed stores around, this mall is better many ways than going to hassle And unsafe larger towns malls (Ft Myers AND Sarasota/University No Way being worth their trouble)/Truthfully shopping local $aves ;) !!

I ordered a gift and forgot to put a gift message called immediately after unable to reach them till today and told to bad nothing they could do. Yes i know its holiday time but they must not put extra people on because service quite poor.
