I was in love with the wallflowers, had unplugged and Lord knows I bought hundreds of them, probably close to about 150 actually. But I noticed for six months my husband had a horrible cough and coughing up stuff. We tried everything I thought it was a blood pressure pills, doctors, allergies, unplugged all the wallflowers aired out the house and his Florida weather. Too days later, My husband‘s cough is gone. Be aware what is in these wallflowers Google it. There is a lot of poison ingredients if you look deep into what’s in them.This is not a complain about the store at all the stores beautiful. But if you notice any kind of coughing nonstop but don’t go away on your spouse, all your pets have gunkey eyes. Or throwing up or sneezing or a lot of itching. Just be aware

I love it. Yes its a bit pricy but every thing is absolutely worth it. The perfumes and lotions last me a long time and so do the wallflowers. The hand sanitizer are perfect for school and do not tear and hurt the skin like normal ones. The candles are not too strong and smell amazing, AND they last a long time, totally worth the big price for the candles. Way better than anything Yankee Candle or other candle places have. And there is not one rude employee there. I was greeted politely and helped very well. There was a new girl there, and didnt know much but she was a great help, and one of the ladies seemed like they were having a bad day, but they were still polite. Best establishment ever, I will forever be a customer.

Although the candles that were 12.95 were completely sold out. The lady did advise us that they would have more on Tuesday for the semi annual sale.

So very aggregated. I purchased hand cream instead of shower gel. I took the 2 bottles back to exchange and they refused. Said I HAD to get a refund and then repurchase. Deal wasnt as good so now it cost me $15.51. No deal did get a free one so basically I either paid double for my 2 I took back or paid full price for the free one. TERRIBLE policy.

Been shopping at BBW since I worked there 20 years ago. Love my local store! The Manager Vickie, and all of the employees are kind, welcoming, and show genuine care for their customers.

I have been to Bath and Body works in the town center mall in Port Charlotte a few times. I am on the mailing list and I went into the store with 2 emails from them and they told me it was a scam both times. They didnt even try to look into it for me they just said no. I said are you calling me a liar she said its a scam and she cant doing anything to help me. I went in there today with another email from them and she said NOPE its a scam didnt try to help. I told her I was going to email corporate she said go right ahead. I will not be going into that store ever again. I can buy my candles elsewhere. I am telling everybody if you get a email from. Them be careful they will NOT go for it. Signed and VERY VERY unhappy Customer. I did email corporate. They are very rude

Better speak up quickly at checkout or u wont get email deal you received!!! Lack of personal service, asked for different fragrances of foam soaps ( over there) not take you over & show the customer, too much trouble!!

Bad customer service. Went into store on Friday. They had a candle holder going on sale Saturday. They put it aside with our name on it. Went in Saturday they sold it to someone else. Funny thing manager was buying the same thing and got hers. Not a way to treat a customer. We spend a lot of money there.
