I was looking to purchase a 2022 Frontier at Greenway Nissan in Venice and after having an appointment I got there and was informed truck was sold the day before. Understanding that these things happen I asked about getting another one in as I was looking for blue. They tried selling me on a white one and after refusing said they could get blue. Then came the worst part. They were lowballing me on my trade and were going to add 7k on price of new one, and tried pressuring me on putting money down.(Which was point of trade in) Anyway I left feeling discouraged and decided to try Harbor Nissan. I pulled into lot and got out and was greeted in a couple min by Jordan Washington. He took the time to listen and started working on a trade value for my car. Within a few min had an offer that I felt was more than fair and informed me he could get the truck and features I wanted. I already had financing and we talked about out the door price. I knew it would take a few days to locate one so I waited. Turns out the color was holding things up.Not to mention the chip shortage headache . I went back and talked to Jordan and went over deal again and waited a few days. It took longer than expected but with the circumstances I understood. When it came to purchase it was really easy, no pressure for financing or other things. As it turned out I got more for my trade and the price of truck was 1k less than anticipated and below sticker! Anyway Jordan was honest about everything and really seemed to care about my questions and concerns. My wife will be looking to trade her Altima in and I will be using Harbor Nissan again. Craig

I was getting an oil change and service done to my 2016 Nissan Rouge, I started walking around the showroom and saw the beautiful 2021 Nissan Rouge with the new body style. He is an extremely persistent salesman (I told him he was ANNOYING...this is a joke!!) he waited for me to make a decision since March and never gave up. Oh, but wait, unless you add on this $16.00 additive if you have engine problems, its going to be your dollar because you didnt put this additive in. I have never had that happen to me in 12 years of dealing with Sutherlan service. Maybe I go back to Sutherlan.

I took my car in for oil and tire rotation. After the car was inspected I was given a list of other items that needed attention. I did not have all of the items completed, but chose to do a couple and have others done in the future. Harbor did not insist on me taking all actions now and completed the decided upon items in a timely and professional manner.
Sad to say in a world of customer service and reviews that this dealersphip treats their customers so bad. I got the runaround and had to comeback 4 different times for them to tell me they didnt want to stand behind their product and help fix a used car they sold me.Be sure to check the BBB before purchase.Bought a used car last month and the next day noticed a grinding vibrating noise coming from the left wheel when making a right turn. Something your couldnt hear when test driving.Within 36 hours check engine light came on (was it reset to sell the vehicle? Who Knows)Made an appointment to have car looked at, got there and had to make another appointment for 5 days later. Found out upon inspection from Firestone that there was a screw in each of the rear tires and the struts were bad. How well are the vehicles inspected?**If you are still reading this just be really careful purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. They dont stand behind their cars and there is no Cooling Off Period so they wont take back the vehicle. If there is something wrong with it there is a $150 Diagnostic fee just to look at it.

Employee was rude and stated that I did not have an appointment, I offered to show him the text messages and emails to show my appointment, but was told that they would Fit me in but no guarantee. Once I walked in to wait, another employee was making a loud vocal statement of how people would arrive on time for their appointment and not arrive when it benefits the dealership; complaining how we arrived on time and not 30-45 minutes after so they could Wake up and enjoy their morning before having to work on vehicles. Another customer and I were very disappointed in the level of unprofessionalism shown by the employees with customers able to hear their conversation from the other side of the building. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future!
If youve bought a car this century, they follow the exact same playbook. Salesman works the deal, then brings over the new/used car manager and eventually brings in the general manager. Manage your expectations, dealerships exist to make a profit.

They gave me a fair trade in on my truck 2016 Chevy Silverado (23k) with 86000 miles and got me into a brand new Nissan Sentra 2021. The price was pefect for the car. I needed to down size and they got it done. The sales rep Daniel Vegas helped get this deal done, and he walked over my new car and made sure everything was right. There was even a dent in the trunk on the new Sentra due to sitting under a palm tree and they made everything perfect like original even after buying it. They held up to their end of the deal that is for sure. Everything’s great with my new ride, the safety amazes me most. Lots of new technology that my 5 year old truck that had all the options didn’t have.

Went in to have tires rotated and aligned. Didnt have any coupons and the service person I worked with gave me one (which every penny saved helps) -- appreciate that. They also did a complimentary multi-point vehicle inspection (which I wasnt aware they were going to do) and found out that my battery was not charged as it should be. Am taking a trip and was glad they caught this because I would not want to get stranded somewhere because of an weak battery.

I bought a 2019 Titan Pro-4X from here and the salesmen Ed helped me tremendously through the whole process, he made sure I was taken care of and got the best bang for my buck, this truck is phenomenal, I traded a 17 Ford F-250 which supposedly has the best suspension, yet this Titan rides smoother and is better off road than the Ford was as well. This truck is perfect for my line of work as I’m always off the beaten path, great service, great place to get your new vehicle, when you go talk to Ed and he’ll help you out!
Worked a deal on a used car. Discovered that vehicle was leaking power steering fluid and was unsafe to drive. Dealership refused to correct as part of the deal. I refuse to do business now or ever with a dealership willing to sell unsafe cars!

Guard your information closelyI approached Harbor Nissan about a particular vehicle they had on their lot, after a test drive and conversation, the dealership and I agreed the lenders would likely not finance the vehicle. I left thinking that would be the end of my experience, and planned to message the sales guy about a pleasant visit, although I did not purchase anything. A couple hours later I started getting notifications that my credit was being checked. During my visit I had not giving consent or permission to run my credit, I did not sign any paper, or release, to have my credit ran. I did not even sign a release to test drive the vehicle. The dealership took it on themselves to open a deal and run my information on a vehicle I had not even expressed an interest in. I contacted the sales guy, who had told me he was not aware this had happened, then I was told one of his managers saw my information open on a computer and decided to start submitting to banks. Once it was evident I was upset, the dealership started offering me extremely low rates and 0 down options on vehicles on their lot. After a few calls I was starting to feel more uncomfortable and pressured with the events, to buy a vehicle. The sales manager telling me I had 30 days to take advantage of the offer, and that everything would be fine in a few months, that the derogatory marks would come off my credit, and acted as though it was completely normal for a dealership to run hard credit checks without permission or signatures. I spoke with family, coworkers, and legal experts who assured me this is not normal, and that it is not legal for a dealership to run credit without a signature. Currently attempting to dispute the inquiries on my credit, in excess of 9.

Save yourself some time and dont come here. You can tell them exactly what you want and they will try to sell you everything else. Just save yourself some time and go somewhere else. Anything less than a 2 hour drive is worth not coming here. Youll probably spend about the same amount of time total but less stressful in dealership time.Edit:and ofc theres the poor harbor Nissan rep trying to cover for all their terrible sales agents. Too bad they cant even write a coherent and proper response that relates to anything I said. That should be proof for every one of you that this place isnt worth going to. I dont care what you want when you go in they will try to sell you everything thats more expensive than it then after waisting several hours you night actually get to look at the vehicle you want. The vehicle I wanted to look at was there and not sold, I looked online, I stopped and looked at it on my way in but instead of listening to my requests or even at least pretending to care they just kept walking over me and trying to push me to buy a brand new car and not showing em what I wanted.

Had to do a recall on my car. Its absolute disaster. They said that will give me free rental but that was not coordinated with rental company so when they brought enterprise office the car was not booked. Now when I returned car they said that i can bring rental car to dealership and they will bring it back to rental. The rental company charged my $50 deposit. Dealer gave me no paperwork about receiving rental car so i dont know when they dropped it off.
Bought a Car from here 6 months ago and now its having transmission problems. I have a gap, ally care and they said they cannot help me because the dealership is crooked. And gave me a car that wouldnt last a year. Ive been paying monthly $550 for 6 months been taking care of it for 6 months. But Not anymore. Come and get it boysss.

I always had bad experiences at car dealerships, some salesmen don’t know a lot about the cars and they are not very personable. Vegas was very knowledgeable about the cars and he made the dealership feel like home. I never liked Nissans before because I heard bad things about them. Vegas assured me those stories are very few and far between, and I adore my new car. I would refer him to anyone and everyone I meet.

I arrived early and the oil change and car wash were completed right on time. I got some down time in the gazebo (alone for the most part). The weather was perfect and I really enjoyed just doing nothing and having to talk to anyone. My life is hectic right now with spouse in rehab in Venice.
