Derek and Randy are my go-to guys for tile and flooring. They provide honest feedback, have provided excellent manufacturer accountability, and quick turnaround on estimates and questions and fair pricing. They treat me like I am their only customer and that earns my loyalty to their business. You wont go wrong here.

Had area rugs made. Timing was quick. Knowledgeable, worked within our budget. End product was perfect, exactly what we were looking for. The binding work looks great.

The process of buying a carpet from Randy Was easy and seemless. What I like most is A-tent of customer service follow up emails and all around good communication. The store has a great selection of products an knowledgeable staff End courteous and professional installers. I would say dont waste your time with a big Box store.

Give these people a long look if you are buying. I was flying out in 8 days and the tiles bought over a week ago from Lombardos were never ordered. I went in here and was greeted by 2 gentlemen with hows it going? I said not good what do you have in stock? He replied nothing but we can get them in a couple days. Baffled at why mine would take so long if order now he called the sales rep and shipper in Miami. This store went far and away above any expectation I had to try and help me even though there was no actual discussion about ordering any from them at that point. The Lombardo order continued against my advice to the home owner. If I need tiles again Color Tile CarpetsPlus will be getting a very long look from me. I suggest that you do the same. I am certain that they will take very good competent care of people. I would give 5 stars but I never actually bought anything there yet.

These guys are amazing, I showed them what I wanted and they gave me a better product. They are very knowledgeable and answered every question (including silly ones) I had. They took the time to explain each product and the pros and cons of each one. I went to several business from Englewood to Charlotte Harbor and this was the most professional and helpful.

Excellent customer service, professional advice and expert installation! A few weeks ago I had wall to wall carpeting removed in three furnished bedrooms and a walk-in closet. At first, I was in love with the new COREtec flooring. But, as the days have gone by...I love it even more. It is simply beautiful. It is softer to walk on than ceramic tile. The salesman, Derrick, was knowledgeable and patient listening to my needs and assisting in the product selection. The installation crew was very efficient in moving the furniture out and back into the rooms. In less than 8 hours my rooms were transformed! I highly recommend Color Tile CarpetsPlus!

Randy and Derrick are terrific! They did work on our house and the work was done promptly and looked great! Years later they are still both very patient with us any time we stop by and need advice on the tile around our home. They will support you even after the sale is done!

We hired them to retile most of our Villa and they were wonderful from start to finish. Their tile installers were the best and quick. This was around 6 years ago and I still love my tiles! I dropped by there to look at flooring for my bedrooms and they took the time to show me what I was looking for. When we are ready we will be calling them. I would recommend them highly !! I have used Color Tile 4 different times and all others in area only twice. Color Tile CarpetsPlus is ALWAYS the best value--this does not mean the cheapest bid, but if you look at what is included, the quality of installation, the removals, the cleanliness and much more--the value is the best and the price is competitive if not the best.This is not a Big Box store with personnel groveling to greet you and giving out inaccurate information--these are professionals and will help you in many ways--just ask. The zero rating is an aberration and I am sure there is more to the story.I look forward to doing business with these people again and again.

I give them a big fat 0. The guy (not sure if he was the owner) didnt even bother coming out from behind the counter to help us. He was very condescending. If he even knows what the word means.No business for you.

These guys are professional and worked quickly to resolve a carpet issue that I had. I had one of the owners out to my house the same day I called and the new carpet installed the very next day. Now I need the downstairs flooring replaced and Im definitely going right back to them to do it. A+ Service!

If you like working with an argumentive opinionated tile guy, then Derrick is your man. I recently purchased over $6,000.00 worth of tile. From the get go Derrick was putting down my tile installer and pushing his. When I made a change and needed three more pieces of bullnose, Derrick insisted in charging me and additional shipping charge. Really, after a $6,000.00 order, he couldnt help me out with three more pieces? That would have been decent customer service. But, get this, for the mosiac we received one too many sheets for one shower (based on our order) and one sheet short (of another mosiac) for the other shower. Derrick insisted that we were wrong and that the order was correct. I can count. Derrick was an absolute jerk about it. I even called the manufacturer myself to get the last sheet while my installer had to keep coming back. Derrick even had the guts to ask me to bring him back the extra sheet! Randy, his partner, couldnt have been nicer. My advice, go to Home Depot.
