There is a Verizon Rep there named Ed he was absolutely amazing me and my wife came in to switch our phones and add a hotspot he not only helped us with everything we needed all the questions we had but he was very knowledgeable and efficient/fast & I highly recommend going to this store and allowing Ed to assist you .
Friendly staff very clean pleasant experience no waiting in li e to pay bill have a kiosk in back of store you can go right up too and pay bill there which is very helpful especially when you do not have the time to sit around and wait
Short visit. Help fix Verizon item to use instead of regular wifi when not working. As usual staff knew what we had to do, got it working in no time. They always know what they are doing!

A few days ago I bought an iPad from a different location and was informed that it would activate when I initially powered it on. Since it didnt and I was unable to operate on cellular signal, I came into this location for assistance. Brian was assigned to help me out and determined that my iPad wasnt correctly entered into Verizons system. So he replaced my SIM card and even helped me clean my iPad and case so any debris that entered wouldnt drive me crazy. Now my iPad is rocking 4G like it should. Thanks for the help!

Every first of the month I visit the Verizon Store on Route 41 to pay my bill at the kiosk. Fast and easy. Everyone is wonderful.

I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and by far this location has the best staff. They are so attentive and educate you as customer. I understand why they have a wait time because they are worth the wait and are in Demand because of their exceptional service. The management staff has done a beautiful job reinforcing what customer service should be. My favorite representatives I have worked with throughout these years have been Chris, Nina, Alex and Christian. Be sure to ask for them when you go in and you will not be disappointed!

I always go to this location first to look at upgrading, but Verizon is deals available inky online for trade in promos and its annoying. My only pet peeve with this store is the short cables on the phones. I couldnt take pictures or hold the phone properly in my hand. If so I would jave known the phone i picked was too heavy and could have changed my mind on getting the phone.

I have been in this store a couple times this past month and have mixed reviews. I’ve gone in and have dealt with Tammy and Alex and they both were detailed with the quotes the gave me. They gave me the information I needed and were very nice. The store is clean, they for the most part are very COVID serious minus a couple of the male reps that either don’t keep there masks on or have their noses exposed. They have partitions and seem to wipe things down after all visits. They seem to only be allowing a certain amount of people in the store at a time, which I like as well. The one thing I’m not the biggest fan of is that on both accounts of me being in the store, some of the reps were talking politics and another time I went in they were watching a MMA fight on payperview. In my opinion that’s not very work professional.

I went into the Port Charlotte FL store this morning and Assistant Manager Matt Liedel greeted me at the front door, the way he opened up the conversation was incredible made me feel comfortable and made me laugh then he proceeded to ask me what brought you in this morning, entered me in the system. Told me it would be less then 5 mins my associates are just finishing up customers and your next. But let’s see if I can get you started, I told him my issue that I was having and he said no ways sir we can definitely help you out but in the meantime could I show you our new phones and let me tell you we have some great promos going on right now that you might be interested in, lol next thing you know I am walking out the store with I new phone and getting an iPad since the promo is so cheap it was well worth it. Matt and his associate were so polite very knowledgeable in their products that they are selling. Good sales people are hard to find that don’t try sell you everything, they ask all the right questions and explain which promos are going to be a good fit for me. Verizon hope you keep all the employees there each one of them greeted every customer that walked thru the day. One of the nicest cleanest stores I have been in. This will be the only store I will go to now.

These are trying times for us all and my trip to Verizon was over the top. I had an appt. and Tammy met me outside, both of us wearing masks, 6 markers for other patrons, social distancing in the store -- EVERY employee wearing a mask and mandatory for customers. For the first time I felt comfortable in a store. THANK YOU VERIZON -- even though you can be a pain sometime LOL -- but you rocked it today!!!! And Tammy, you took that extra step -- lived by the motto give and you will get back. Thank you, thank you.

Went here to upgrade my wifes phone from a iphone 7 to the 11 pro max. The manager who handled this was quick, knowledgeable & efficient. During my visit we processed the trade in of the old unit, transferred all the data, installed all the operating software upgrades, selected and attached the protective case and glass shield. This was all completed in about an hour. It was very good experience - still very happy to be with Verizon.
All the customer service staff, the 4 male associates that were here tonight was very friendly, funny, and took their time with us. 5 out of 5 star ratings. Thank you again. We came to pick up my wife’s new phone IPhone 11 Pro Max.
Arrived before doors opened, first in line. Single mom of 4 kids. Told me due to store policy my kids (5,7,10,12) couldnt enter the store. Id need to return without kids. Which I replied I have my kids 24/7 so Id be okay staying outside. I just want a samsung S20. The rep suggested I could leave them in the car. . in July. Stood by my stance on not leaving my kids outside. Asked to just purchase from outside the doors. Nope, 3 reps=3 customers only, fine. They gave me a number to call verizon customer service and then pick up the phone in store. Lol Im over here calling Verizon from Verizon. Couldnt get through. I logged online instead, only to find out they dont have any S20s. Tried to call the store from outside the store. I suggest trying to call the store, you wont get a person. Even though the 1st option asks if you want to talk to a person. Its a long menu to nothing. Went back to the store after a 40 minute customer service obstacle course just to be told, they dont have the phone I was asking for anyways.Just shop online during Covid.

The wait time can be daunting for someone that needs a quick answer. But if you want a great place that offers the best wireless coverage at competitive prices, and a staff that does know their stuff. You can trust what they tell you, never feel like they are trying to sell me something I didnt need.

Not allow to go inside because mask required... but ok I understand... wish if you had extra masks for customers come inside... will be better idea ... however most of stores in Port Charlotte, North Port, Punta Gorda.... doesnt have to have mask required... depend wearing masks can cause customers breathing their own carbon dioxide may get faint, headache, maybe lung problem, or else issues... how would dine-in restaurant customers wearing thier mask by drinking or eating thier food inside???

Walked in to change my plan off of my parents. The man at one of the computers asked us if we needed help and we said “yes we would like to switch our plan over from my daughters to her own”. And he replied “well you can just do that on the phone, call 611 and they can help you. If I did that here it would take 20-30mins”. So after that we leave, dumbfounded that he couldn’t have just done this easy transfer in stores. Every other time I’ve been to a Verizon store they’ve helped us willingly. This time it seemed he didn’t even want to help us, instead just playing on his little tablet.And now, trying to call this “611” number, we’ve been on hold for 30mins already...
Jimmy helped us as we had started service with Verizon online but we were not receiving our SIM cards for 5 days even though they had sent them overnight. Jimmy gave us two SIM cards and started our service right the in the store. Im glad they were able to accommodate us, it shows how much customer service means to Verizon. I am glad I switched to Verizon. I also appreciate Jimmy.
Was blown off to Customer Service. They are corporate store and can work on Bussiness lines, but the guy that serviced us (older, bit British accent) just blew us off to call Customer Service, he said that they wont even talk to him.(lie)Customer service said they should of helped us in the store....
Verizon is the better service.....the salespeople there are AWESOME, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, yet PROFESSIONAL and they know their stuff when it comes to the different phone services they have there. Need a phone, or a tablet, or some other product...this is the store to visit. Christian is the Salesman to ask for....he has helped me many times and I recommend him highly.
We were loyal Verizon customers for years. With no complaints. Then we got rid of our landline & used only cell phones. One of the phones I had was a lemon, it never worked right. I called everywhere yo see what could be done . Only to find out that because I had shopped at a franchise & not a corporate store, Verizon would do nothing. Finally got fed up. Went to another company who bought my contract from Verizon. I would not recommend this company.
Brought back screen protector to get realigned straighter from someone there rushing it. Christian got me a new one for free and aligned it perfectly. Great customer service!

This location is extremely busy, but Andrew, the manager, makes sure to greet each customer at the door and sign them in for a sales representative to resolve any issues they may have. Mike, also, offered excellent customer service by creating solutions to any problems. This is a great location for all your Verizon needs. I wish everybody handled business like these guys!

I know Verizon is a little more expensive than some but every single store I have been in has been wonderful. And this one is better than most. I hate paying 30 year 40% more than the cheap carriers but I love the service and Ive been super happy with the Associates in the stores especially this one

Well walked in took my phone number right away check me in.how ever he said the wait was 45 minutes or better and said someone was waiting 65 minutes allreadyGot a text at 10.21am said I was check in ok well waited 5 minutes looked at some phones and left.then I got a text at 10.49 saying I was next how long from then I dont know I allready left. Moral if the story they need more help there and u should not have to wait that long
I had a phone break on me, and when I went in to the store they told me there was nothing they can do. Well thats fine, but when I got a new phone finally, the new phone had a issue with its OS right out of the box. All I really wanted to do is see if there was anything they could do for me, but the second they saw I purchased it from a different phone store, they told me there was nothing they could do even though I have been a customer for 9 years now. Verizon is hands down the best service you can get, but if every time I have an issue with them, they are just going to try to avoid dealing with it, then I have no use for them. Terrible service and I hope nobody else has to deal with them.
William and jimmy were both a blessing to work with today. I came in with an issue and they helped me resolve it . Ive been to 3 different stores and none helped me but they did.

I had to go 4 starts instead of 5 as I intended... My initial visit was spectacular!!! Truly, I had a wonderful experience with Lily Li that assisted me. I got a new Samsung Galaxy s8+ and she did everything so all I had to do was walk out the door. She put on new Otter box and screen protector for me as I factory reset my trade-in... That was o a Saturday. Two days later the screen protector malfunctioned and I returned to the Verizon store for a new one under the 14 day return guarantee.The customer service agent that assisted me on THAT occasion was not so great. The store was out of stock and I was told to just call the store after 3pm every day until we have one.Really? I, personally would have taken the customers information and as soon as one arrived I would have set it on the side, contacted the customer and had them return to the store for replacement but thats just my crazy idea of good customer service...It has now been 11 days (11+2=13 of my 14 day return guarantee) and I still have not been told they are in stock.As of this writing, I am on my way back to the store again... I will post an update as soon as I realize the situation...4 stars though because Lily Li was THAT GOOD... Her customer service is beyond reproach and it is obvious she is one that carries a lot of water for this specific store.
Great customer service. Went there today because husbands phone died. We had insurance and dealt with Ed Eagle and he was really a lot of help. Told us about all the plans and the jet pack (which we ended up getting) replaced my husbands phone and sold us a new protector screen for both phones. I will definitely go back to him anytime. Great rep for Verizon !
Bad location on very busy intersections but once inside very attentive staff and acknowledge you upon entering. Parking a little messy

They weeded out the bad employees and have been excellent since! Typically helpful and suggest great additions and plans. The only issue is lack of parking and several times i had to leave because no parking was available at all.
