I was trying on a pair on NMDs and this man named Calvin and this Spanish kid were near me and I over head them saying they would “smash this girl” the girl they were talking about was clearly about 10 years old. Totally unprofessional and disgustingly disrespectful to be talking about people trying on shoes.

Ashley was my sales associate and she was the BEST!!!! She was so helpful answered all my questions.

Walked into footlocker 8-28-18 2:40 pm in Port Charlotte Town Center Mall. Went into by my husband a pair of Nike running shoes. Neither employee came out from behind the counter to assist so went to ask for assistance and stated didnt have the shoe I was looking for and went back to playingOn their phones. Did not offer to assist me with other shoes. Lost my Business now and in the future.

I went to the store to checkout some shoes and my sales associate was Calvin C. He hooked me up got me a new fit to match and I don’t know how much he’s making but he needs a raise he was a great guy and super nice

Always has a nice selection. I only wish the store had an exterior entrance. I hate walking all the way in the mall.

High priced compared to home town Big Lots but thats what you get in season. Shop off season for best deals.

Bought a pair of shoes at foot locker port charlotte. they didnt have size in stock but said they were available online. placed the order and paid. A couple weeks later, they never arrived .Called foot locker and they said they sent email that they didnt have product and email must have gone to spam. What about my phone, couldnt they call that? If I didnt call they would have kept money with no contact. They said they would send out check for product plus a $10 gift card via email. Called at least 10 times, spending forever on the phone, no resolution, no refund, no gift card, on hold tonight, so far 35 minutes! told me manager is on other end waiting to talk, putall I want is my money back!!!

I was looking for shoes for work. They have to be black, no design, and mid ankle-high at least. And in my size. Not even one pair of shoes was there for me. Plus theyre very expensive.
