So I made a trip back after double checking with my kid that he liked. Lol so fyi they put their sales stands with any comforter not what is on sale. Whoops rephrase all the others were correct only this one was wrong. Spoke to manager Sonya.... not her problem. Advised they should at least change so everything coordinates but she just walked away.. Hmmm wonder why they are all closing.

But charging nearly triple what Amazon does makes this a good store to get some exercise in as youll have no need to slow your place to look at anything at all. Dont be fooled by the sales either. Never crowded. Easy going so you can take your time to shop.

Not much merchandise. Long lines and was there 11am on a wensday morning. Prices were hight. Still doing that thing about percent off but you have to do the math. Just dont want to play.

The signage for social distancing at the registers is on the ceiling so its easy to miss. My family and I were the next in line but standing in the wrong spot. The cashier proceeded to rudely tell us where we needed to stand. She then loudly started talking about us to the customer she was checking out. No wonder brick and mortar stores are becoming a thing of the past. Customer service is a thing of the past.

Pisspour customer service. Do not order anything from them. Do yourself a favor order from Amazon if you want your item in this lifetime. I ordered shoes at the store and paid for them. They were supposed to be in 4 days ago. And they are telling me they are not sure when they will be in now.

I really wish they would stock their brick and mortar stores. Its so disappointing to not be able to find much of a selection in clothing and in home goods.

This rating only applies to the Sephora store inside the JCP. I have shopped Sephora for years and visited quite a few locations across the U.S. Always had excellent service and knowledgeable staff at all the other locations. However, the lady working at the PC Mall location seemed very flustered and could not make a recommendation on a foundation type. She actually talked me out of making a purchase within just a few minutes. Very strange!

The staff was nice and the selection was good.

Sonya was so helpful with attempts to fix my knotted chain and paperwork for repair for both chains. Patience with explanation, timing of return and policy choices if unrepairable. Shes a keeper. I appreciate good service. Thank you.

Went to the salon. Absolutely loved my stylist madonna. I have been looking for about three years for someone who understood what I was talking about when it came to my haircut. She did amazing.

Great hair and nail salon inside JC Penny. Ive been using Brenda for my hair for about a year. Cuts, perms, pedicures and blow outs.

Standing in line as soon as I walked in behind 3 people. I was there yesterday and there were 9 people in line with 1 register open? When I asked a clerk why she treated me like an idiot. I sat down $200. worth of merchandise and walked out. This is why I shop on line.

Just a mess. All the shirts that are folded on tables are just thrown on there and looks like no one has taken care of them in weeks. Very small selection for sizes for dress shirts aswell. Never coming back.

Sephora inside JCP looks much better than 7 months ago.

Very crowded with limited staff to assist. This is how it was in the jewelry department but I also saw other departments with the same problem.I guess this is what is to be expected at the beginning of the holiday season. It seems most stores ramp up their employee count to take care of the additional customers during the busy season.

Very unpleasant experience. Today 09/06/19 around 6:30 pm i brought $147 worth of jewelry (5 pie) the cashier Jenny dump everything in to one bag with a rude manner i ask her can you pack it separately but she said we are not allowed to give you extra plastic bags, well its my hard earned money you need to pack it properly and learn customer service. you lose one customer because of this casher.

I like JCPenney. They have great prices on good clothing. The only issue I have is that the stores have very few people working there and the good items are always sold out, sending you to their website to buy. I like the in store pickup and return. I wish they would have the more popular items in larger quantities to sell rather than push people online, which hurts their stores. And everything else they sell is so over priced, clothing is the only thing I buy their.

Wife loves hair stylist at salon. Prices and quality of household goods equal to or better than other mall stores, just not as glitzy atmosphere.

Highly disappointed with what this store has become. I always loved shopping in here but lately they have seemed to change their store around and it is not for the better. Selections are small, departments have removed a lot of choices, employees dont greet you anymore.

Had to return several items. A lady named Terry waited on me. Very efficient and pleasant. Went to another dept. To purchase some lingerie. Lady was pleasant but trying to sell me J.C.Penney account. Ive lived here way over 50 years, if I wanted one Id have one already. Then what should have been a simple purchase turned into. well, in order to get the sale price you have to buy two more, or pay full piece, or buy two less and pay full price. Blah, blah, blah. THATS exactly why I dont shop that often. I hate this sale garbage. I ended up paying almost $ 65.00 for 8 pair of undies I didnt need. The receipt is over a foot long. Ill pay the price just to have a pleasant experience. I like sales, but I dont appreciate having to buy what I dont need.

It was ok! Had an old gift card that was not supposed to ever expire! And mine was deactivated!!! Took over a half hour to get it fixed! That is so ridiculous! But the 3 ladies that helped take care of it, were the BEST!!

I find the store to be a bit disorganized. The shoe department is a disaster. None of the shoes corresponded with the displays.I found most staff to be very helpful though.The salon was good!!

Dont waste your time at this place. The staff is completely useless. God forbid you need help in the shoe dept you are told I dont work there go find another register for assistance. They are either to lazy or incompetent to help. Ill be closing my JC Pennys account and watching then continue to crash and burn. Amazons customer service is why the box stores will be dead soon and Ill be the first to dance on their graves.

This store sells just about everything. The prices range from very good bargains to higher prices. The store is well organized and a pleasure to shop. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

I got some beautiful jewelry at an after Christmas sale and saved so much on it I am beyond thrilled!

Went today to get another pair of shoes then went to the jewelry counter to pay since the shoe department is right there. I was told I could not pay there. I asked why she told me only jewelry. I have bought things in JCPenneys many times and it has never matter where I payed for something. I am really not happy about this. Might never shop there again.
