I brought my two steel doors to their facility. They took the glass out of my old doors and put them in the new fiberglass doors. Very fast service. However when I installed the new doors the striker plate was off by over an inch. Called them and they sent a technician right to make the correction. Very happy with their service.

Selection was limited in my wifes opinion! Evidently the door concept she has has not been made yet! Just saw the response from Melissa about another customer and I just want to clarify that me and my wife are not the couple they are talking about! The staff is very helpful and courteous! My wife is a designer and she builds things ahead of time!!!

I figured I would beat a random customer to the punch. We received a call yesterday from a potential customer. She was wanting something that we couldnt provide. She wouldnt take that as an answer so my receptionist politely told her we do not do that and to have a nice day. Well she called back and left a horrible message on my answering machine. She said she hoped that we all get the Corina Virus. What a thing to say when this is happening in the world. I called her back this am to speak to her and right off the bat she started cursing at me. I told her I didnt appreciate that and she hung up. I was actually calling her to let her know where she could possibly get the product she was looking for but she hung up. So then I get a call from her husband basically ranting over the same thing and wanted to know why I would even call back. He told me he was going to leave me a bad review... For what? I didnt provide you with anything but I sure got a lesson in bad manners and horrible language. I hope they find what they are looking for but in the future if you would just STOP speaking long enough to listen you may learn something. Have a nice day.

Small door company that was recommended because of the cheap prices as well as fast turn around. Parking can be a bit of a pain, but well worth the trouble. If your looking to replace a door or a whole bunch, stop in check it out the prices you will be glad you did.

Excellent as always very helpful

This company is really great. After shopping extensively for exterior doors on a new construction build and comparing prices from many sellers, I found that ACE Door had the best prices and were prompt with delivery. One door we ordered was on back order so they gave us a fully pre-hung temp door to install in the meantime.At one point we realized that there was a manufacturing defect with the interior mini blinds in one of the doors we ordered. ACE very quickly sent someone out to look at it and promptly ordered a replacement. They mustve received it super quick because before we knew it, someone from ACE had come out and replaced it.I am very happy with my experience with this company and highly recommend them.

By far the worst experience I’ve had shopping for doors, or I’d say for anything at that. Customer service was nonexistent, owner of the company was pacing back and forth as if he was on drugs. Not sure if I’d send my worst enemy to this Micky mouse operation.
