Port Charlotte Hear.USA is the place to go for hearing aids! They have all the latest technologies and a price range for all budgets! I am on Medicare with a supplement and they took my full Insurance allowance plus! In my experience that’s not easy to find, I’ve tried! Polite, efficient, good customer service and user friendly paperwork. Expert consultant Liz, was excellent and I experienced great care and painless procedures. I had an ear exam elsewhere not long ago and Hear.USA did a better job by far! I sincerely recommend Hear.USA Port Charlotte!

We enjoyed our visit! My husband was very happy. He was a bit worried because of going to a new place. But you awesome and made him very comfortable and I thank you for that as he was nervous. We have a great new place to come for his hearing!!!

This Hear USA was my primary audiologist office for two years. until i changed my insurance. After purchasing a hearing aid online I requested an appointment to service my new aid. I was scolded and turned away as if I was wearing a red scarlet S. They acted as if buying a hearing aid online was a personal insult to them. Despite my previous two years with them I was quoted 700.00 to adjust my newly purchased aid. They certainly will never be hearing from me again. Much pun intended.

Employees were professional, very pleasant and personable. Was thrilled with every aspect of my visit from first phone conversation to getting my hearing aids.

Great service honost company

I found Women working in this Office very rude!!First woman at the desk hung up on me while I was lost and asking for directions!!Second woman, hung up on me saying “She is too busy to answer my question” My question was: After paying five thousand three hundred dollars, if I could get AARP discount!!Hearing aid specialists is trying hard but I would not buy peanuts from a place, which treats their customers that rude!! So far hearing aid is not working either!!

The team of unethical and professional work, very discourteous,I am a person with certain limitations, and separately from this concept, I have an impediment of the ear, which thought to receive help from this group, but a big surprise, it was the opposite, I saw a group of people who think that they are proprietaires of the manhood, and the form and the despotic attitude with which they treated me, was not a professional group.In my personal opinion these two ladies, must first learn to treat the human being regardless of the race that comes, and not think that they are the last resort I have.I found it very curioasus the way she spoke to me, here I am the person who determines if the insurance can approve or not the device, and on her opinion, my insurance will not approve,on the contrary, she offer to sell it to me, for a little more than $ 1,800.oo.In reality, I feel discriminated against by these two people from the HEAR USA team.
