Very nice and informative people. However, their hearing aids are expensive and I found a better deal that also accepted my insurance.

This is a great hearing center. Teresa is the Tech that does everything and she is so good at it. I was there today for my 6 month tune up. I was having some difficult with my left hearing aid not being as powerful as my right and she did everything from a hearing evaluation, cleaning my hearing aids, cleaning my ears, adjusting my aids after determining that the hearing in my left ear has deteriorated and making sure all the settings were working correctly. There is no one I would trust more then her. She makes you feel so comfortable as she does her magic and she won’t let you leave until I feel 100% satisfied.

The staff is always pleasant and service is good. I have learned a lot about caring for my Mothers hearing aids.

This place has the BEST caring service anywhere!! Theresa and the staff are very patient and helpful. They take whatever time needed to listen to you and help your hearing situation. There is absolutely no arrogance in their service and that is a very rare thing especially when dealing with hearing services.Update: three months later and I am so impressed by the service from Theresa! Having an issue with connection to phone and she spent over two hours with me and Starkey on a conference call to solve the issue and she wasn’t rushing through or anything. She is totally dedicated to helping her patients hear to the best of their ability!! THANKS Theresa!!

I have been going to Hearing Centers of Charlotte County for to long to remember. 8yrs may be. I am that pain in the rear customer. Tweak tweak tweak, to high pitched, i cant hear people talk, background is louder then the person in front of me. I bug them to much, but Theresa and Kat are the best and have a ton of patience. Sometimes Im so much of a pain I cant even put up with myself. But the girls at the hearing center have always been there for me. I wont go anywhere else and I highly recommend them.

I have been using hearing aids for many years, first up north, but for the past 10 or so years, Ive been going to Hearing Centers of Charlotte County. Theresa Stevens and her staff are, quite simply, the best, and certainly the best I have ever worked with. Never rushed, always anxious to help, and very knowledgeable. I have gotten to be fairly particular when it comes to my hearing aids but all of my needs and expectations have been met here, and I have absolutely no problem saying if you want great service from a wonderful professional, you will find it here.

I had an hearing exam on Tuesday the 18th of August and Kat explained everything to me and performed my hearing test and she was very courteous and professional and I will GLADLY recommend Hearing Centers of Charlotte County.

Due to a life lived loudly, I have had hearing aids from the time I was in my mid-forties. I have had many different types of hearing aids and worked with many hearing aid professionals. By far the best hearing aid specialist I have worked with is Theresa Stevens. She is patient, knowledgeable, skilled, and highly professional. The most difficult part of getting hearing aids adjusted properly is trying to convey what you are hearing to the audiologist. Theresa is excellent in interpreting what you are trying to convey and adjusting your hearing aids appropriately. She is the best.
