I hurt my back and have been in a lot of pain. Doing massage, primary care, and massage and still in a lot of pain and they suggested a hot tub to help.I called Spas and More and was able to get a used one that ran on a regular outlet.They came out on Saturday to deliver and set it up. They were so quick and courteous. It was filled and ready to go that night. Instructions were very easy to follow and even though I’m still hurting, it definitely has helped.I would highly recommend them.

We purchased our hot tub from Tom at Spas and More last November and couldn’t be more pleased with the sale, service and set up. They stored the tub for us until January, removed our old tub, set up the new one and educated us on its care. A first rate experience all the way around!

Very good experience, from sales with Lori to delivery with Tom. This is our 3rd Dream Maker and has some very nice upgrades. We have had 7 spas over the last 40 years and this was the best experience so far.

Spas and more in Port Charlotte is a wonderful family owned business. Lori educated my husband and I as to the best hot tub for our needs. Many years ago we bought a hot tub when we lived up north - this was a much more comforting purchase, there is nothing like a family owned business. We absolutely love our new Viking hot tub - the legs jets are what I needed for my restless leg syndrome. We recently purchased a 3 person spa from Spas and More. We are very happy with the spa and the customer service these folks provide.They answered all our questions never pressuring us to buy on the spot, like did the spa store at the mall.We didnt buy that day, but went back to purchase from this friendly family owned business. Because it is family owned, their customer service is spectacular, their delivery and set up folks are the best and its the only place to purchase a MARQUIS spa around here. Dont waste your time at the Warehouse stores, dont buy a knock off. Its worth a look!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Spas & More when we moved to our new house and needed our hot tub moved. The gentlemen and his two co workers were very professional and my hot arrived at my new house in perfect condition with no hiccups. We also needed supplies as it had sat for a while. The lady in the store was extremely nice and helpful and even gave us a discount on a new filter. Their prices are cheaper than the big box stores and it is a nice and pleasant experience to shop at and to support a family run business. What a amazing staff they have! They helped me with some problems I was having with a old spa after I spent some time talking about it they offered to do a trade in and made me a great deal on a new Viking spa. Great customer service after the sale I can’t say enough about this company so if you need a Spa repair or a new one stop in you will be glad you did.

Great store, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Many hot tubs set up so you can just roam around at your leisure. Set up and installation went flawlessly. Our hot tub is wonderful --we have been using it every evening. You can take water samples to the store anytime just to make sure you are adding chemicals correctly. I highly recommend this business.

Spas & More. I go for my pool maintenance supplies. If Im ever in a hurry I get in and out quick. But most days Im in no rush and I get big smiles with easy and warm conversation. Always best and fair prices on the stuff I need. I only buy little things, spend little money there, but get treated as if I were their best customer. Pretty awesome!

I would give Spas & More a 10 star rating if possible! The New Viking Spa, was delivered courteously and promptly however there was a minor problem with the spa from day one. They sent out their staff two times within the first week after it was delivered. Without hesitation they replaced the spa. Spas & More is the epitome of excellence in customer service, knowledgeable staff, quality products and most importantly they care. Im happy I drove the extra mile to Port Charlotte; their customer service far exceeded all of the other companies I visited in Fort Myers and Cape Coral. (..and I visited 99% of them..) Hands down the most friendly and pleasant hot tub purchase Ive ever made. I am an injured veteran and having the proper spa is critical to my health and welfare. Ive had many in the past, but I can honestly say from the time I walked in the door at Spas and More, I felt like part of their family. This is a family owned business and you know that right from the start. I had their team deliver and set up my spa and trust me, it was money well spent. By the end of delivery day, I was relaxing in my spa and worry free about this purchase. I buy all of my supplies from them and they even remember my name. Stay away from the big box stores and give Spas and More a chance, you wont be disappointed.

We checked a few dealers in the area and found Spas and More to be the best and most knowledgeable, good prices, extremely friendly family owned business ...also we had a very very minor issue with the spa (something) that unplugged on shipment from the factory and the service representative was excellent he not only fixed the problem in 5 minutes he went through the whole Hot Tub making sure it was correct triple A rating on both The Store and their service dept

A little more expensive than Home Depot for purchase of a new spa. Does have good stock of reconditioned spas. Worth a visit.

I love this place. Moved to Florida from a small town. And my 1st drive around just to check out Port Charlotte I stopped in here. I was treated so kindly. I was shown alot of hot tubs before I made my choice. I even asked if anyone ever shows up in a bathing suit to try the hot tub. I tell you they were so patient with me. After they worked with me a payment I now had to go home and tell my husband what I did. The tub was delivered no problems at all. And we needed a pump replaced and on Christmas Eve of all days the guy I think his name was Farence came and fixed it. What a blessing so yes I give this family business 5 🌟 1 happy customer.

The only place to make an educated, confident purchase of a spa. A very friendly locally-owned store where you are treated like family when purchasing your supplies for your spa and swimming pool. A very nice selection of Tervis drinkware and swimming pool novelties, too.

Run away from this store is the only advice I can give you.I was looking to purchase a spa locally. I stopped in twice to Spas & More, first speaking with Tom who was pleasant. The next time it was like walking into a completely different store. Lori was who greeted us the second time. This is a family run store and Lori should not be the greeter!She definitely did not seem to be very knowledgeable about the products they had in their store. I looked at the spas they had on the floor and then like any smart consumer researched other stores that carry the same line of product. I found a knowledgeable salesman that carried the same spa in Cape Coral. The price was 500-600 difference so I make the logical choice. (Also, given that the Cape Coral store includes cover, delivery, steps, chemicals/start up kit) But before purchasing I decide to call up Lori and tell her I would like to buy locally if she will match the price. Lovely Lori quickly informed me in her very unpleasant manner that she not only will not move on her price but she will not service the warranty if it is needed on my spa if I purchase the spa at the Cape Coral store. (Spas & More would be the closest dealer.) Marquis dealers usually work together but Lori doesnt play nice. She called the other dealer up and expressed her distain that he would step into her territory! Cape Coral store did not come to me Lori- I went to their store.Bottom line - this is not a pleasant atmosphere to be in. The store does not use their profits to improve their store obviously. The carry 4 different brands of spas and it is in disarray - a lot of used spas . Lori was insulting and obviously a very disturbed person that should not be working with the public in any capacity.
