I went to this location to rent a large storage unit on the September 2021. My immediately observation was the attendant Manager at this location was a 5 star Customer Service. She was very professional with me… She took care of all my questions, give me information of all my all my options… I was very happy with this location.. I think her name was Sandy or Sally not sure but she was the only female that was there that day… also the storage was clean and with bright lights…..

I was pretty low about the place and particular circumstances. But then Sandy! She is not only an excellent listener, but she got involved solving my problem - something nobody else took much interest in. She went out of her way to negotiate an agreement on my behalf, which gives me a more favorable view of the company! She is tops. If the Extra Space is smart, they will never let her go.

Just had an issue of my own doing and Sandy at Extra Space storage made sure she took care of it right away. My storage was too small and she made sure it was exchange so I would have one large enough to hold all my things. Thanks again! Debra

Was not able to find a large unit that was under AC until we called her. Super friendly (Sandy is awesome) and helped us with getting settled. A little expensive but 2nd month free so evens out.

Sandy was so helpful in getting me set up with a storage space for my household furnishings- about 30 minutes start to finish. The facility was clean and neat and I felt secure.

Ive had my stuff here for quite some time now and have not had many issues. About a year ago I think someone may have been living in a unit and we mentioned it to staff but they just brushed it off and said they were not living there. Also, I feel like every couple of months, they raise the rates at least $20 at a time. Its crazy what you pay for storage!

I love coming to the facility located on 41 in murdock, because Suzanne is such a wonderful, professional member of this team who takes the time to get to know her customers and their needs. She not only is professional, but has the kindest heart of any human being i know. She comforted me when i lost all hope after my husband of 35 years passed, and kept giving me hope for the past year and a half..she truly is an angel to be kept !! After I reserved the storage unit I wanted I promptly received a phone call from Suzanne and she answered all my questions. First impressions are everything to our family, upon arrival Jerry had helped us out and provided excellent customer service by going over everything with us and answering the questions we had for him. He showed us around the facility and it is very clean, upkept, and it truly astonished me. I have been an Extra Space Customer in Rio Rancho NM and now in Port Charlotte FL. Moving from NM to FL, I called Extra Space and spoke with Suzanne Duff. What a delight. While driving in the middle of Covid and no access to email or contracts, Suzanne created a very creative process to issue the contracts, signatures and get me the 2 units, 5x10 and 10x20 that I needed in just a few days. Since then I have gone back to reserve another 5x10. I was quite happy to see Suzanne at the desk that morning and again great service with a smile. This location has been absolutely amazing! Tricia was an absolute blessing in helping me set up and plan for renting the unit and made my move so much easier knowing that everything was ready to go as soon as I made it into town to unload. Jon is a delight who made checking in a breeze and checked on us a couple times while we unloaded the moving truck. Both are easy to talk to and incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgeable about how things on the property run and renting works! Its an extra treat to know that a cold water bottle is waiting for you if you pop into the office after unloading your truck too! Its for sure an extra cherry on top to exceptional customer service. The owners should feel so lucky to have such an exceptional staff on premises. I would highly recommend storing your things here!

I checked several storage facilities and found one that was close to my house. I was going to that storage space but inadvertently signed up for the 2080 site. As I was getting ready to cancel it and sign up for the closer facility, Carlos called. He was so nice, I HAD to go to the Extra Space at 2080 Tamiami!! He was extremely thorough and professional while being very accommodating. I would keep Carlos and David happy because they have people skills and talents that are in demand these days!!
