Terrible experience with the very experienced sales woman. I would not recommend this store for experienced or novice beginners unless there is someone welcoming to potential customers. Interesting how there was no one playing in the store and she made it clear that we were not welcome to play any of the instruments. She also wasn’t helpful as she didn’t recommend another store for us to visit to where we would be welcome and she could possibly receive a referral fee.

Extremely disrespectful, I have been a musician for about 9 or 10 years and yes I’m 17 but no I didn’t come in to cause trouble and touch things I don’t own. I know the price of an organ of such quality. that’s why I had ZERO shock when she said I don’t have to pay repairs on a $40,000 organ. I take one step in and I’m yelled at and completely disrespected by everyone in the store. I felt attacked and targeted. I’ve been a musician for a decade but because I’m a young adult I’m yelled at and disrespected. I’ve been producing music for over a year of my life and can arrange a full composition if I wanted to. I will never ever ever ever give even a cent to the scum that work there. If you’re young and a musician, do yourself a favor and avoid the prejudice you’ll face here.

I was very disappointed with the way we treated at this store today (2-16-19). My 10 year old son, who plays the piano and knows how to treat an instrument, wanted to hear the sound of an organ. The lady came out and very rudely told him not to touch the organs. We explained that he plays piano, hes not just a kid playing around, and she told us that he couldnt touch the organ it was for demonstrations only. I would never shop here as the service was rude and judgemental.

In my Grandmothers 55+ retirement community there are several senior citizens who have been conned and pressured into buying $35,000+ electronic organs and keyboards.A lot of these people can barely play 4 songs...Fletcher Music starts you off with a little keyboard/organ and keep telling you that you need more. They talk fast and shove papers to be signed in front of people while telling them that they need to upgrade or else theyll never get better! And they keep you on the same payment plan without making it clear that youll be making payments for longer than you originally signed up for.Taking advantage of the elderly is disgusting and these people should be run out of town.

I want to personally thank you for all the good work your doing at the Fletcher Music Store. You are making so many people happy by being there. Music brings joy to all of us,but some of us like to make music and others like to listen to it. You accomplish both, plus nourish the peoples mind and body with entertainment,Classes the lunches and Dinners, and all the talent you have in the store as well as others they bring in from all around the country!! I dont Know anyone who gives more than you all do.Respectfully Constance Marie Jousette-Baxley

This company advertises 6 lessons for $20 for customers. This must not include potential service customers, or music purchases. Apparently lessons are only if youre going to buy an organ from them. My mom signed up for lessons but when she arrived for her fourth lesson, she was asked to leave. The gentleman didnt give her a reason at the time - just asked her to leave. When she arrived home embarrassed and upset my dad called Fletcher Music. They told him it was because she purchased a used Lowrey organ from an acquaintance and not from them. What a TERRIBLE way to treat someone. They could have done the courtesy of informing her over the phone rather than humiliating her in the store. This would be like a Honda dealership kicking you out of their store because you bought a used Honda from someone else. Good dealerships do not operate that way.

Let me introduce myself,I am 78 years old and retired from the army, living in Port Charlotte, Fl. In high school I sang in the glee club and also in the 200 plus choir. I was unable to read music and sang by ear. I have told my wife for many years that I would like to play the organ or piano but thought it to difficult an undertaking. In April I purchased a Ez-1 instrument and took some lessons and began picking away. After a week or two I was able to play the melody of some simple songs. It was at this time I realized with a little determination and practice I could play. I was hooked.Well to make a long story short,During the summer concert. I traded in the little one for a Se-20. Im in book 3 now and my wife is starting to play!! Well regardless of age and having the desire to enjoy playing music can do so with little patience and fortitude. I really need to thank the all the staff at Fletchers

I recently purchased the Ez-1 down at the Murdock Mall in Port Charlotte area. I have Had Fybromyalgia for about 15 Years and one of its many symptoms is Depression. Since getting the organ and playing it about three times a day, I have not had any Depression at all!!I am having a lot of fun with the organ or Virtual Orchestra they call it,and its better than any antidepressant I could have taken, I am sure..Sincerely,Barbara McComber

I have always wanted to learn to play the piano and keyboard but didnt have the more flexible work hours previously like I have now to learn to play. I saw the sign at Fletcher Music Center in the Port Charlotte Town Center Mall that they had six lessons for $20. I inquired with the personnel as I figured it was $20 per lesson and was pleasantly surprised that it was $20 for the whole six weeks! I read and was advised that they provide a lifetime of lessons through the MusiClub once you buy a Lowrey organ through the Fletcher store. A couple weeks into the classes, and once I found out how easy they make it to be able to play beautiful music that I love, I knew my little Casio keyboard wasnt going to be enough for me. I purchased one of the Lowrey virtual orchestra organs and it has changed my life! Whenever Im stressed out, which is nearly every day in my line of work, I turn to my organ to play. I love the personnel and instructors at Fletcher who go out of their way to make my music hobby such a wonderful experience. And Ive met a lot of new friends through the MusiClub. I cant believe how far Ive come in just a little over a year of playing, thanks to Fletcher! They have a student for life!
