Friendly staff, easy to find help... overall clean store

Great variety, wonderful prices and excellent customer service representatives. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. The items that I needed were in stock and the store was neat, clean and smelled freshly sanitized.

Even though there was one employee that seem like he didnt want to be there.....it was great! I think it was the manager that ended up helping me and he was great! I was able to get everything I need it and help me get the right stuff. They have everything in there! Thank you again for helping me.

Don’t bother placing an online order for pickup. Nobody will ever “get it ready” which means you will never get the final email. I called 3 days later and a gentlemen told me nicely he’d grab the stuff I got and leave it behind the desk for me. I show up the next day and this girl has nothing ready and then tells her colleague who is with someone that it’s his job to get the stuff and she doesn’t know what this stuff is (it was basically car oil and filters). She then tells him he needs to help because I asked for him specifically (weird). After a few minutes she finally moped around the store grabbing the few items. Just pitiful. The manager of this store should be embarrassed.

This store recently opened. The store is clean, well-stocked, and organized. They have a small parking lot, which is better than having to find street parking at most other car part stores in town. I went in looking for a replacement brake light, and one of the clerks helped me find the right one. Good thing since there are so many that look the same. I recommend this store.

Got a new battery for my car yesterday.... the store manager was very helpful and installed it for me. The store is very clean and organize. They have the right price, even theyll match other store prices. They are very nice to customers. Thank you !

Great customer services. Well organized store and clean. The store manager help me. He is really professional and nice. They got a customer for life.

Worst customer service. The cashier actually answered his personal phone while checking me out. For an older gentleman you would think he knew better. Very bad taste. Coming from someone who works in the hospitality business in the private sector.

3 of the 4 employees within 6 feet upon me entering the store did NOT have on face masks. I found it very strange and inappropriate and therefore, questioned the lack of face masks. One of the guys in particular, “Junior”, found my question funny and proceded to make a joke of it and continued not wearing a mask. The store was very unprofessional and I hope I never find the need to enter this place again!

I had to change to Bosch wiper blades for some reason they were having difficulty getting the Rain-X brand in 22 they ended up giving me a gallon of windshield wiper fluid for free.

Another AutoZone that has basically whatever you need for your cars and if they dont have it they can order it and have it there within that afternoon or the next day

I thought I needed a new alternator for my car today. I when to the autozone in port Chester. I got greeted by Baldwin and Jesse the store manager. I told this guys what I needed and Jesse suggested for them to test the battery and alternator. To make sure that was the problems I was having. Jesse show me was he was doing and took his time to help me understand what they were doing. Explain to me and Baldwin how to determine if I had a bad alternator and what voltage we needed to look for to tell if my alternator was bad. It turns out my alternator was actually good and my battery was bad and battery terminals were really bad. These guys at this store work really professional and as a team. I was amazed we Jesse how he was teaching Baldwin and myself how to properly change a battery and tips to clean the terminals to make it have better contact. I am so happy a autozone was built in port Chester and that they have professional and caring staff like Jesse and Baldwin who help me save money on a unnecessary part.Thank you guys. You have a customer for life at this autozone.

Went to get my car scanned to find out why the check engine light was on, and they couldnt figure out how to use their system. When I asked if they could just use a regular scanner to get the code, I was told no.

Ok store but we did not need another auto parts shop in Port Chester. I had multiple bad luck with the quality of their parts from the CT. stores and not happy.

Whenever I need something, the boys do not know how to look for the parts, I went to find a part for the muffler and the boy told me that I had to take the measurements, they do not know on ebay or amazon you put the parts, and it gives you what you want and this boy said he couldnt search the computer for bad services

The place is super cozy and clean, the service is excellent, the guys at the entrance ask what you need and how they can help you. I think it is great that they can diagnose your car without cost and without pressure to buy, they tell you from the most basic solution and what you can do in the future with a budget, which I think is great because they give it to you in print and it helps you a little not to be scammed by a mechanic. I am really delighted with your service.The only thing that disappointed me was the price, it is a bit exaggerated, because if you evaluate options such as walmart or Amazon (for certain products that you can find in both cases, and I emphasize that it is in certain things that I have compared and that are super common like the oil) the price in some cases was double and it is an unfortunate result because this store is really convenient for me but for its price it is better to wait for a delivery by Amazon.
