I spent a couple of weeks looking for a shop thats trustworthy and professional to get my Bilstein kit installed and I couldnt be happier with Lee and his crew. They got my kit installed and car lowered perfectly! They also helped me tremendously when my cars oil drain plug got stripped. They took my car in very late in the day got the plug out, replaced it, changed the oil and filter! Lee and his team will be the only shop I come to and recommend for sure.

These guys are wonderful! We were up in Rye getting our marriage license when my cars caliper seized up completely at 4:30 PM on a Friday. They were able to get us in, repaired the issue with time to spare the next day when they could get parts, and were even so kind as to drive us to a nearby cafe so we could figure out transportation in a safe environment. Cant recommend enough!

Facts speak for themselves.1. Called in for an X5 warranty repair and CCM said swing by any time.2. Drove to CCM at my convenience; Lee examined the damage and explained how we would proceed; I was on my way home within 10 minutes.3. Although specific parts were required, Lee called me to report that he had secured them from the warranty service company the next day and I could probably bring the car in the day after that when he expected to have the parts.4. Lee confirmed he had the parts (on time) and I could drop in as soon as I was available.5. Dropped off the car at my convenience and all repairs were taken care of before I could finish my lunch round the corner at Famous Greek (also a good business if youre in the area).What put the icing on the cake was the flexibility. I missed most of Lees calls due to my own work obligations so he followed up with texts and kept things moving. Im still in a state of shock that I wasnt forgotten and needing to spend time chasing people down.And the top-cherry: Lee checked and resolved my onboard alert regarding brake fluid, and managed a number of computer upgrades gratis.5 stars, excellent.

I absolutely love this place!!! By far the best mechanic and auto repair place I have ever been to, EVER. I am a young woman and I constantly feel talked down to and taken advantage of when getting my car fixed, BUT NOT HERE. I recommend this place to everyone. They care to know you by name and face. They never pressure you to get anything you don’t need, or they don’t make you feel bad when you cant afford to get extra things done and when you do get anything done, they talk you through the process clearly. Went for an oil change. Had an appointment set for 12:00. Got a call at 1:00 saying they couldn’t open my hood (an issue I’ve never had before).They finally opened my hood and finished the oil change by 2:00. Took them two hours for an oil change. I then received a bill for $150. Twice as much as it should have been because they gave me an extra $65 charge for “opening hood”. That’s not a joke btw, I’m quoting the bill I received. When I got home I opened and closed the hood twice with no issues, even tho they said the latch is broken.All in all I waited twice as long and payed twice as much as I should have for a basic oil change. Do NOT recommend going here for any services!

This place is the best!!! I needed a last minute inspection because I am a procrastinator and Lee dropped everything to make an exception to inspect my car on the spot. Great customer service, so professional, and so nice!!

CCM gave us a fair estimate(out of 3 shops) and our car looks new. I am dropping a star for lack of communication. It was nothing major but I had to call a few times to see how things were going and schedule the pick up. We are pleased with their work and will recommend their business to friends and acquaintances.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company. I moved to the area a little bit more than a year ago and it is so hard to gauge who to trust in the industry. They have helped me in so many ways without looking to make a quick buck on me. They’ve come to my residence to help me jumpstart my car and take my car in for repairs. They have helped me to price out and make plans for repairs which work with my budget. Always kind and courteous and informative. They told me when I first met them that they would “always take good care of me” and they have held up that statement. I thank them for being so reliable and available. In this day and age it is refreshing to see this type of customer service.

Ok so I have had a problem with my car for some time- Whenever I would go too slowly, it would squeak. When this happened, my wife was incredibly pregnant. The squeak was slowly driving her insane. Eventually, I took the car to a different shop, right near by. This other, nameless shop was a disaster. They took 2 days to tell us the problem was the brake pads. They replaced these and another part, and charged about 280. The next day. The squeak was back. Horror.I then made the incredibly brilliant decision to take the car to CCM. Alex spoke to me on the phone and in person, and told me he would call me “within the hour” once he had a chance to take a look. An hour passed, and true to his word, he called me back. “Your car is fixed”.It took CCM under an hour, and 62 dollars to fix the mystery sound that had been driving my wife and myself crazy. They were professional and trust worthy. I’m not saying CCM is the greatest auto repair place in the works, but it’s definitely the best auto repair place I’ve ever been to. 5 stars- if I could I would give more.

A family of honest, hard working and completely straight shooters!Update, still like these guys, but on last repair they were really expensive. Changed the alternator on my MDX and when I compared final cost to online source for average cost of this repair they were at the very high end of auto shops and at the mid end of the repair cost at a dealer! They are good but they can be expensive and if cost is same as a dealer, I would go to dealer.

Very unprofessional. I called twice to double check if they do ct state inspection and they said yes. It took me 2 hours to get there from NJ and they gave did NY state inspection in a car that has CT plates. Wow!!! How dumb could that be. When I told him I called twice to double check, he said no way that he told me he does CT state inspection. I will never recommend this place to any human being.

I first went to CCM 2 years out with an emergency situation at hand and have never gone anywhere else since. Straight-forward, fast-working group of professionals that get the job done right the first time. I wont go anywhere else.

These guys are great. I needed a Geico photo inspection for a new car, and they are one of the Geico providers listed on their website. I’m usually very weary of any auto service shops, and these guys blew me away with excellent service.The Geico inspection took 10 mins and they noticed that I needed a NY state inspection too and asked if I wanted them to do it. They charged me $37 and finished it in 15 mins. They also saw that my car didn’t have a license plate mounted in the front and saw my license plate inside my car. They asked if I wanted them to mount it and I said “sure”. They saw that the mount that I purchased would need holes drilled into my bumper and told me I could mount it on the car’s tow hook if I bought a mount on eBay.After thinking about it, I decided the holes in my bumper didn’t bother me, so I came back the next day. I was greeted with “hi Marc” (they remembered my name!), and I told him I would like the plate mounted with holes in my bumper. They put one of their guys on it and set it up for me in 10 minutes, and wouldn’t take any money for it.I highly recommend these guys.

I would rate it 5 stars but they tried to charge me a regular fee for my brand new car that its suppose to be 10 bucks for safety inspection. Thank God manager fixed situation.

If i could give this place zero stars i would. A few months ago i went in for an inspection. The guy was checkking My car and told me i needed shocks brakes and window wipers but he would pass me if i got the window wipers and brakes. Once he said that i knew something was wrong because he was basically giving me a choice, either pay $250 for brakes and wipers or pay the 35$ and leave with nothing which means i had to pay another 35$ somewhere else. So i told him i would do it myself cause it was pricey. He told me the brakes were quality thats why it was so expensive. Turns out, i did not need brakes. The car had new brakes installed a few months prior [jus bought the car] and i had no idea. I went back and complained and showed them the old brakes and they were at a loss for words becauze the brakes were still new. I bought wipers and brakes for $60. Installed them myself.[even though i didnt need he brakes] Anyone can change wipers and brakes as long as you have right tools and dont mind gettin hands dirty. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO VISIT THIS PLACE. They try to takr every penny out of you and try to take advantage that, us clients, do not have a lot of knowledge in cars. I always recommend to get a second opinion and try to get a personal mechanic who will be honest with your work. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. I WOULDNT WASTE MY TIME WRITING THIS essay if i didnt know what i was talking about. [ my Father had a similar expirience]
