I have an older Mercedes and dealing with Serafino for the first time was great overall. I almost never trust car guys and I feel like I could trust him from beginning to end. I ended up doing more work on my car than I was prepared for but in the end I feel like I totally made the right decision in going to see these guys. My car is running as smooth as a kitten now. I will only use them from now on. Mercedes Dealerships beware.

I only had a phone call with this place. I was referred here by Hank May’s in Port Chester. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone at length was knowledgeable and honest. He ended up steering me away from an expensive repair and told me what he would do if it was his car. I appreciate his honesty and sound advice!

My daughter is in college in New Rochelle while we’re from Virginia. Her having car trouble while up there was a fear that came to be last week. As a shop owner myself, it was the first time I had to search for a repair shop and with my daughter driving a VW diesel the search was more difficult.
