This place is pretty cool. We decided to check it out on a Saturday afternoon. The staff was very friendly and the decor is nice. The menu is what youd expect from an ice cream shop with some very nice additions.

This place has the most natural-tasting flavors Ive ever had around the area. So good! Definitely recommend especially on a hot and humid day!

They just taste so fresh and delicious, and the price is the best part of it, cheap for the high quality ice cream.I would definitely recommend coconut, passion fruit and pecan!This place is also clean and the staff is very friendly!

The paletas are amazing!!!They also have Mexican fruit cups, lots of sliced fresh fruit and it dose have pepper. (Spicy) but amazing!!Everything is yummy!!!Paletas are divided into two groups water, and milk, they have fresh fruit chunks at the bottom.My favorite the vanilla, coconut, mango and strawberry, all of milk.Don’t go after dinner, unless you only want one.I take a little lunch cooler and bring some home, I don’t live close.

Management is horrible, upset that they couldn’t refund me my money for a horrible stringy sorbet had to go through 2 employees, and about two “managers” and no one could get me a refund or change my ice cream. Shouldn’t have to go through so many people just to get a refund. Never got a answer or my money back for their bad product.

Its a wonderful place for good ice cream. I invited my aunt and uncle who have lived in Rye Brook for 20 years and did not know it exsisted. They loved it!!!

Love their popsicles (paletas)! They have so many flavors, including ones with and without milk, so there is likely to be something to fit everyones taste! Honestly I cant speak to any other things they sell, though, because whenever I go in I cant bring myself to try anything different 😅

A great place for ice cream. During cold season they some warm stuff. Dont try to go near close time. They turn off the lights sharply at close time. Not good but its a reason for my 1 star reduction.

Its a nice place with good flavors ranging from coffee with milk and sugar to avocado. I would not recommend this place as a date or social gathering place since it offers very few tables and in general does not give a social feel. It is more of a get in and get out kind of establishment.

Extremely delicious ice cream.

Good ice cream. The Rum Raisin is worth a scoop. The Tres Leches and Pecan are both winners. Tamales Mexicales need a little more filling and some spice but are good. Prices are great. They do need to use a bit of air freshener and if you speak Spanish youll do a little better speaking with the staff.

I live in Norwalk CT. It is most definitely worth the trip! Love the Aguas and the paletas! Everything is so delicious! The cut up fruit with lemon and salt and a touch of spice? DELICIOUS!!! Thank you!

Best paleta place I’ve been to on the east coast. Okay, technically it’s the only one I’ve been to...but after trying these amazing frozen flavorful fruit sticks, I don’t see a need to try anywhere else. Also, very affordable at $2.50 each.This is a must try if you like fruit or sugar or happiness.Some good flavors: blackberry, pistachio, coffee, mango, lucuma.If you’re feeling like an extra special treat have it dipped in chocolate.The ambience was great. The only problem was I couldn’t stop dancing.

The place was utter chaos and no one seemed to be in charge. While trying to decide which ice cream I wanted, I was told the line started in the back. When I moved there I was then told the line started where I had been standing before.In the meantime, someone else had walked in, stood exactly where I had been standing and was served before others who had been waiting on line since before I had arrived.I left without ordering and will not be back.

TO THE OWNER OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT PLEASE READ! I typically love love this place. I drive 45 minutes to come just for some ice cream. Just tonight was the worst experience I have ever had. My friend and I got ice cream that was frost bitten so we ask for a replacement and was told they wont give it to us. We then asked for our money back was told they wont do that as well! Poor customer service! Then we were told that we did the same thing in the summer time, which was absolutely falus! One of the workers remembered us from the summer! She said we did the same thing with strawberry ice cream. We dont even like strawberry ice cream! She saw two people of color with the same issue and assumed it was the same people. This was said in front of all the customers that kept coming in. We were told that they would call the police if we didnt leave, but yet again we did nothing wrong!!! All we wanted was the wrong to be fixed. I come to their establishment I always tip the ladies that are there because they give good service. But after tonight, Fabiola has changed my mind about this place. She disrespected us and belittled us in front of customers and told us to never come back because we are not allowed! All I wanted was some good ice cream!!! If I could give negative stars I would! I am truly saddened by this experience and I hope nobody else ever has to go through this again. They should fire Fabiola because she is wrong for what she did and God only knows how many people she has done this to! This is unacceptable!!!! She may not have respect for me but I am a person who paid which makes me a customer, which means I should be treated as such!

A must go in the area! A ton of choices, both dairy and non dairy! Fast service and theres usually a line. Decor and atmosphere are lacking, but that doesnt even matter because the paletas are delicious and reminds me of paletas in Mexico. I stock up and bring some home to keep in my freezer.

My favorite palateria. I first visited this store when the 2 brothers started it about 15 years ago after moving from California. I learned about the Michoacan ice cream culture and all the spcific flavors they offered like chongos, rompope, tres leches, cirguela pasa, zarzamora and arroz con leche.Whenever I am in town I do not fail to stop by and have two or three paletas.
