ABSOLUTELY GRATEFUL I WENT HERE!!! My car had been giving me problems with randomly functioning and randomly being without power for a few days; It suddenly wouldn’t work at all, unless I was jumped by someone. I called in advance and asked for a quote, to which they were one of the cheapest offers in town. When I arrived, they were kind and professional enough to check all the possibilities for the complications. The manager, Kirk, discovered I had a loose cable. Instead of ripping me off and charging me, even for labor, he explained what was wrong in terms I could understand and then sent me on my way. THANK YOU!!

Here on vacation from Minnesota, my Cadillac decided it wanted to do some funky stuff, called in and Justin was great right off the bat! Dropped my car off they found out what was wrong with it, gave me a ride back to my condo hung out there and when my car was done they came picked me and my girlfriend up and took us back to the shop!!! OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

I was heading home from a week vacation in my brand new van. Got in it and noticed that my front passenger tire was nearly flat! Justin got me right in and had a super nice mechanic fix my tire!! He knew I was concerned about driving 900 miles with my children, and he took care of us! I would highly recommend this shop and their services to anyone!! This place is amazing!! We was on are way back home from our vacation in Daytona, and notice our tire was losing air. We stop at repair one and Justin was so friendly and family concerning that he hooked us up with an amazing deal. He definitely was not going to let us leave the property with the tire not being fixed. Steven was are mechanic, he stopped what he was doing to help us. He was fast and efficient and got straight to the point of the problem. I would 10/10 recommend this shop to everyone.

This is an awesome repair shop I was broke down at my house with a flat tire with no way to go anywhere nor any money called them without hesitation I was trying to explain had a gentleman on his way coming to my house with a container of air to help within a few minutes he was putting air in my tire and tried hard and almost threw up his machine trying to put air in it was so flat he kept trying I really was worried about him breaking his equipment trying to help me following him to the shop and oh my I was so blessed they did all the work for free that dont happen in todays day and age people are so greedy with their time and their money they are amazing I was totally blessed to find somebody that does that for a complete stranger definitely I dont have anything but theyve definitely deserve your business!!! That just doesnt happen people dont go out of their way to come to your house put air in your tire lets you follow them to make sure youre okay back to their shop and fix your Tire for free!!! God bless all those people that work there:) if there was a 10 star rating I would give it to them I dont have any money and my daughter sick but I will do what little I have to offer make them sandwiches/chips get some sodas / iced tea and bring it to them I dont have much but I will try show my respect if I could put 10 stars on here I would I was blessed to call them! Im very very thankful you should just stopped in and check out their shop they are the nicest people Ive ever met if I ever have to have anything done Im there there giving is so just unbelievable Im still shaking my head that theres people in a business setting that are still helping other people for nothing God bless them all!!

Saturday Memorial Day weekend went to start my car no good. Called repair one auto repair in Port Orange. They sent the tow truck to tow my car to their garage. had car back in 3 hours. New battery and reprogram computer. Great professional service. Will definitely be back and recommend them to friends and Neighbors.

Great guys, came to my wifes car, jump started it, checked voltage, everything turned out good, ok to go. Also, when I called, total time before they showed up 15 to 20 minutes.

I called them right before they closed to see if they could fix my splash guard that another place forgot to put back on properly. They were so nice and got it done so fast! I was having a problem with my headlights and being really dim and couldnt see the road. I asked them if they could clean the headlight covers because they were filthy. They told me to come down and they would take care of me. Not only did they take me right away, they clean the covers and replaced wiper blade and didnt even charge for labor. Even though it was a quick job... they didnt have to do that. Repair One has always taken care of me, sometimes last minute. Prices very fair too. My new go to repair shop definitely.

Great company, Ive gotten to know them over the years and they are all great guys. They always give me small repairs like nails in the tire, etc. on the house, because I always go to them for my car needs. They will get your service done on time and they will do it well. Warranties on all their repairs as well.

Great service great price and very helpful the owner went out of his way to help even with an unrelated problem with some scratches that were on my car before I went there, his prices are reasonable and fair he checked my air filter that really needed to be replaced which did boost my gas mileage significantly along with other services. I read a previous review from a gentleman that was complaining that the owner had given him a free air filter as a courtesy the customer even states this I truly cannot see a problem with a courtesy being done and what’s worse is this person took the time to complain about it with a bad review, it’s hard enough for small business to stay in business and then you have some one like this come along and slander a great business if you read the multiple great reviews about this company you realize that this person has problems and should not have access to electronics to write bad reviews.

Repair One is awesome! I got into a minor wreck that caused mostly cosmetic damage, but I was concerned about a possible bent rim. I called Repair One and they were able to get me in later that day to check it out. I was in and out in under 5 minutes!! No repair was needed and they sent me on my way. No yanking my chain on other things they were trying to sell me which to me tells me they have my best interest front of mind and don’t have hidden sales agendas. Will be going back for routine oil changes!

I went in today needing a new battery there was a mix up with the financing application I was doing .... and instead of having me apply for the other one to fix the problem they put a free battery in my truck .... We have four children and we’re absolutely dreading having To fix anything this time of year... this was such a blessing and they have definitely earned our business from now on with all of our mechanic needs I highly recommend them for all of yours 💖💖💖💖

This place is the best little secret in Volusia County. We need more places like this. They go out of their way to help out their customers, and work hard to keep them. Ive personally experienced; on occasion theyve not charged me for small items. They photograph EVERYTHING so theres never a doubt that the work theyre recommending does indeed need to be done. Ive been there when the store (not naming the employee b/c he might get in trouble) reduced charges & setup a payment plan for an elderly person who needed work done, but was on a fixed income. I dont think the employee knew I could hear, but I was in the next room (Im a Cop, so I notice more than other people.) Lastly, they do quality work, and guarantee it, w/out question.

I highly recommend this mechanic shop! I came in with smoke coming from my hood, and my car idling really rough. Turns out I had a bad oil leak. Scott checked my car out for me, filled all my fluids, told me the details of all the problems my car was having. Then!!! Sent me on my way without charging me a dime!!! Wow!!! I am definitely coming back here for any car problems in the future!Very grateful for their kindness, and quick service!

I’ve been using these guys since we moved here in ‘17. I have 3 vehicles and they are my “go to” place. I don’t plan on using anyone else. Shop is clean. Wait area clean. Prices are great! Just had leaking tire fixed today and they got me in and out and took care of my issue quickly. Asst mgr Chuck is always professional and has always gone above and beyond what any other place has ever done. Give them a chance.

Was visiting the area and brought the car in to check on a leak. They looked at it right away. Had it fixed in a couple hours. No games. Great service and very friendly.

I was told by front desk worker Curt (I think that was his name) that my car needed all kinds of work which turned out to be untrue. Took to another shop for second opinion and they showed me personally each and every item I was told I needed was either not needed at all or wasnt as urgent as I was led to believe. Unless you have money to waste - Stay Away!

I had a brake caliper lock up while on vacation, and the gentlemen in the shop got my vehicle in and fixed very quickly the same day. They contacted me before doing any repairs and made the cost known upfront. Great service and very nice people. Hopefully you wont have vehicle issues, but if you do I highly recommend these guys.

First time using this shop, was notified by owner via text, additional work was required including changing air filter. I declined the shop to change the filter (wanted to check it myself plus change if required). Upon picking up the vehicle, owner told me filter was changed at no charge. Why? I”m betting the filter was just fine.

Kirk and his team killed it. Very honest, professional, and economical on a hard to diagnose repair. Highly recommend them if you have the unfortunate circumstances of needing your car fixed whether local or from out of town.

We called into RepairOne unannounced after becoming concerned about a noise in our vehicle. A mechanic took time out of his busy day to check things over for us and reassure us that we would be fine to get back on the road. Our children were welcomed into the air-conditioning while we waited. Thank you RepairOne - friendly, professional and generous.

I was there 3 times in 2 days for the same issue, and ended up stranded 5 hours after the last visit. They knew they didnt follow what was asked of them and they over charged me and sent me on a 14 hour drive with my 11 year old daughter in a vehicle they knew was unsafe. Don’t trust them.

EDIT: The stars remain strong at 5 from my previous review 2 years ago. I recently moved to Orlando and Repair 1 was the only company I trusted to take my car to have it diagnosed. Not only did they fix my car but they were able to do it same day, for a reasonable price, and with friendly service. I will continue to drive an hour to get to them.Repair 1 is a fantastic company. The staff is always friendly, expedient, and knowledgeable! They get me in and out, which I love, but their prices are always fantastic! Chevy dealer and other shops told us the engine in our 9 year old Equinox had to be replaced. Thankfully, these guys were able to fix our engine, which was much less costly. Since theyve provided a 1 year warranty, I am not nervous about the engine quitting on us again.

Good place! I got some problems with my Honda Civic such as stabbed tire and dragging trim, but they fixed everything for me. I decided to do all of my oil change and brake pad with them and I will say this is a very honorable repair shop in Daytona area.

Had a fantastic experience with this place. My AC in my car went out while on vacation and we needed to leave the next day. We called this place and they told me to bring it in. They gave me a ride back to the hotel. They fixed my issue super fast and sent somebody back to pick me up to get my car. The AC worked perfectly and hour 9 hour drive home was saved. I cant thank these people enough. I couldnt have asked for any better service.
