Jason was great. We got the mattress delivered...the delivery guys were fabulous.... Laying on it felt like the springs were poking through. It was awful. All I wanted was to switch to a all foam mattress. They treated me like I committing a crime. No one told me about the the 1 time exchange and acted like it was my fault/I was a liar... I got the exchange. The foam mattress is good but I wont do business at Mattress Firm again.

I was in the market for a mattress and was told by a friend to go here. I ended up talking to Junior and he was absolutely great. My wife and I were unsure what we wanted so he helped us figure out what we were looking for. Everything worked out from being in our price range to the exact mattress we wanted. Junior is definitely an asset to this store because he takes his time with you, knowledgeable about the products and doesn’t make you feel pressured by any means. Got a great mattress and adjustable base about a year ago. They were supposed to set up the bed to the lowest height when it was delivered. After my mother slid off the bed and onto the floor twice, I made a visit to the store. This visit was to lower the bed legs. The two men they sent did the job. Not very sociable but efficient.

They was very helpful and also they made it so home like and I enjoy there service and I also want to join the team with them as well so great store to go to and visit as well

Bought mattress back in August for our new condo in Daytona from Birmingham store but was delivered from Port Orange. The Mattress is great but after we moved in full time we were noticing the mattress did not fit the frame. My wife kept asking why and I said the bed must be set up for a Cal King which I thought was wider but is not. When I realized this I called the store and told them what I was looking at. Eddie at Port Orange called his district manager and after 7 months, only sleeping on it 2 they said it is a mis cut which happens from time to time and not any fault of mine, they would bringing me a new mattress! Now folks, I would not have been mad If they had said no but this is what you do to serve the community. This is true customer service and I am please to be associated with a fine company like this.
