I had an absolute wonderful experience at the Port Orange Sleep Number store. Mrs. Leila was awesome. She was very attentive and answered all my questions. It was evident how much she cared about my needs. I didnt feel pressured in any way.

It is a nice store. We already own a sleep number, so we know how wonderful the product is! Our sales person was so helpful and wanted us to be satisfied. No pressure to buy that day but we did buy one. The thing I like is for my husband and I is that we had a budget and we didnt have to go over it and finance it because the one that meet our needs actually was within our budget! I cant wait to receive it in a few weeks! Love sleep number!

Very clean. sales person very knowledgeable. spent time with us and answered all of our questions. didnt push, didnt make us feel that if we didnt make a decision immediately we were making the biggest mistake. He was great. Ned Lovell the store manager. He also helped us set up our phones and the entire experience was great

Leila B. is a fabulous representative for Sleep Number. Each time I visit the Port Orange store, I seek her out. This last visit, I purchased Lyocell sheets and a velvet coverlet. I am beyond happy with the bedding!

This is our first Sleep Number bed and only looked at a Sleep Number bed based on reviews, research, and having a family member who has one. From the moment we walked in to leaving the store reciept in hand we were had exceptional service and personal attention. Monica was the best ! I only wish we didnt have to wait for two weeks to receive it. I know it will be worth the wait!!!

Monica was patient and knowledgeable. She explained the different beds and options as she let me try them all. I felt I had made a sound decision due to her help. This is my 2nd sleep number. My first was 15 years old and worked perfectly. I just wanted to upgrade. Wow have they improved over the years! Theyre very high tech now. Another improvement is how quiet they are. And I was happy with the original! I will never sleep on anything else! I have major back issues and Sleep Number truly makes it easier to get and stay comfortable.

A wonderful experience. The sales associate had the patience of a saint with me. I bought 2 sleep number beds, a split king for the master and a queen for a guest room. The whole experience was fantastic.

Love the beds. But when you have a problem with your bed you are on your own. Worst customer service with any company I have ever dealt with in my life. Will not be a repeat buyer after buying 3 beds and have to replace a remote on a 3 year old bed. Sent me wrong replacement remote. Then sent the correct remote but it could not be set. So we are right back at square one. And you get kids in customer service that think they know EVERYTHING and give you all the wrong information. My next bed, unfortunately, will not be purchased from sleep number due to the lack of caring by customer service reps.

Love the bed, but you better hope you never have a problem. Poorest customer service Ive ever experienced! Warranty only covers parts, not labor. $90 just for a tech to come out and they carry NO parts on their truck so then they have to come back. And if your bed is unusable you are out of luck. I was told it would be 10 days at least until they could get a tech out! So now what? Go to a hotel? Sorry we ever spent the money!

The sales associate Shawn that greeted me as I walked into the door was so polite and helpful and actually listened and didnt try to push anything on me that I didnt need. He listened first and understood my need and my desire for my own personal situation. And as it turned out I was able to work out a wonderful deal a great opportunity for me to get a new mattress for my existing Bass and felt very comfortable that I was getting the best product for my needs and my budget. The beds are nice, comfortable, the Average bed is $3k for the mattress only. I wasnt thrilled with the high pressure sales push towards the end. But I understand, shes trying to get the sale. Im just not the person for high pressure sales.

Going into sleep number store in Port Orange was a wonderful experience never in my life did I ever think that buying a bed would bring such joy or becoming a member of a new family at sleep number bed. Cora and Shawn went above and beyond the call of duty to answer questions continuously repeatedly asked from my husband and I and never once made us feel silly or bad for any questions that we asked. The demonstration that Shawn gave me on the I 10 bed which I ended up purchasing sold itself. But his knowledge was amazing to every question that I asked him. My husband and I visited Sleep Number in Port Orange on June 15 and were greeted by Leila. Leila was most helpful and very friendly. We tried the test bed which gave our pressure points which was very helpful. Leila gave us so much information about the beds, we decided to go away and think about it. However on the way home we went to see some Temperpedic mattresses and were not at all impressed by the prices and also the sales persons who were very unhelpful. When we got home we immediately called Leila to order our Sleep Number bed which is arriving on June 22nd and we cant wait to be sleeping on it

Monica Carey made it easy for us to get into a Sleep Number bed. We just went to check the bed out and couldnt leave without one. Port Orange is the store to shop.

Very friendly staff, we came in several times to try out beds. Finally made a decision, but sent it back within the 90 day period, just wasnt for us. Great people working there, never pressured us at all.
