I dont understand all the bad reviews... Ive been going here for three years and the retail part of the store has had the same friendly, personable staff. I just recently started using the pharmacy and theyre a little busy but not rude or anything. I wont go to any other pharmacy... I was even SUPER hesitant about the COVID vaccine and I trusted them to do the very last thing on earth I ever wanted to do and got it.

Fix your drive thru this location is extremely busy and 35-45 mins in the drive thru that you can’t get out of is ridiculous. I was there so long I missed my appointment.
ALWAYS rude at this Pharmacy! My Dr faxed an Rx wich my ins didnt cover. Instead of contacting me to let me know it was not covered and giving me the option to pay for it they faxed it back to my Dr telling them it was not covered. I went to pick it up and was rudely told they faxed it back and havent heard from the Dr. This was last week and they did nothing with it. I told her that i would pay out of pocket and she says its $97 in a way that i couldnt afford it or something. I told her it was fine and was told it needs to be ordered. Thats fine but im going away and obviously will not have it on time thanks to CVS assuming everyone doesnt have money to pay for something. Not one time have i every had a pleasant experience with this Pharmacy i will be going elsewhere in the future.
The worst. Visiting from out of town- waited on hold for nearly 20 minutes to only have the pharmacy staff hang up on me halfway through my call!!!
Do not use the FedEx drop off! I dropped off on a Friday before pickup. Literally the truck pulled up as I was leaving and the package sat there until Monday when it was an overnight package. They dont let you know they dont have a Saturday pickup for FedEx. Go to a regular FedEx store for time sensitive items.
The female pharmacist flat out lied to me about the over the counter medications that my insurance pays for. After locating them myself, I went to cash out at the pharmacy since it had no line, and she refused to ring me up. Very disappointing as I used to like CVS, but that awful blond woman ruined my day.
This is the slowest cvs i have ever been to. Pharmacy staff was submissive and Unattentive.
11-13-20.Long que in drive through testing center. My appointment was at 10:40 am but manage to meet with them at 11:40 am. After 10 min they says something wrong with bar code. Asked to come again.Next appointment at 12:50pm but due to long que at drive way able to meet at 1:40 pm. After 20 min again they says someone made mistake on my bill. So today not possible. Come again. OMG. Whole day gone without any test.
So rude...pharmacist hung up on me and when I called back was so short with me and when I asked why she was so rude...she couldnt say ...was just trying to get prescriptions filled . Just moved down here from Ohio.
Had everything I need at last minute with reasonable prices. My only complaint. No public wifi.
Horrible service from Pharmacy! You chose the field you are in if you dont like it then go somewhere else!
This pertains to the pharmacy. I have NEVER IN ALL OF MY LIFE had the worst customer service every single time that I shopped somewhere. Well, except for the 2-3 times that I got the real soft spoken younger tech.I have numerous prescriptions that I get every month so Im there probably 3-4 times a month. Every month they have screwed up my order and even lost the info after it had been given to them every month for at least 5 months. Instead of getting an apology for me having to sit there for 10 minutes while they fix it, I get attitude from the tech even though Im not giving her any. On another occasion, the pharmacist filled the wrong dose (even though my Dr had just called it in) and refused to fix it, instead telling me to just double that dose until I run out and then fill it again with the right dose, again no apology. Isnt that insurance fraud? Because not only am I having to pay twice that month for the copay but so is my insurance.You never get any manners such as please and thank you, nothing. Its one thing if it happens once cause everyone has bad days, but EVERY TIME?! I intend to transfer all of scripts and contact the manager as well. Those types of people should not be in customer service nor allowed to keep their jobs when consistently nasty with no customer service etiquette. Shame on them!
I just got out of the emergency room and was in pain. I brought it to CVS and they told me my prescription would be 45 minutes because theyre busy. I explained my circumstances and asked if there was any way I could get it a little sooner because Im in pain and I want to go home and go to sleep. They nicely told me there was nothing they could do. I escalated to the pharmacist with the same answer. Is escalated to the store manager and she told me there was nothing she could do. Really crappy customer service. Im not using CVS again. Frankly I find Walmart much more willing to accommodate me if I have a situation like that which I do not often have.
They had what I was looking for in stock and the cashier lady was nice during checkout.
It took almost 3 hours to fill Amoxicillin and Prednisone for my daughter. I called and they told me 30 minutes, I show up 45 minutes later for them to tell me it’s going to be 10 more minutes. Not a happy mother!
My experience seems to be similar to prior reviews. Dental infection. Left side of my face swollen. Came in straight from the dentist to fill scripts. Pharmacist treated me like a crackhead with fake script and ID. I had valid script and ID...besides the whole left side of face being swollen. She told me 20 minutes. Well..i wasnt going to wait. No issue with that. I understamd other scripts ahead. I bought over the counter pain med and went home. Returned over 24 hours later...script was NEVER filled. Different employee told me it would be 30 minutes. I told her to give me my script back. I took it to publix and they filled it with no issues. Pharmacy seems a little disorgamized or lacking in leadership/staff. Dont expect great things here. Definitely not a neighborly experience.
