I wish everyone I interacted with was as kind, caring and helpful as GAIL at this facility. We need more GAILs in this world! Thank you for treating me like a mattered, which has been rare to find in the pharmacy world lately.
The store manager at night just told me that they can’t return my product because I don’t have the original packaging. They said it’s corporate policy. Meanwhile this morning I returned two other items without packaging to a different location without a problem. When I brought this up to her she rolled her eyes and said I guess we have different policies. You can tell she’s full of it. Lazy managers make the worst stores, so I won’t be back to this Walgreens.
Every morning that I stop in here you have to wait at the counter for 5 minutes before an employee shows up and then there’s usually no greeting they just start ringing you up. Well today was the last time I’ll ever walk in. I walk in and a staff meme we is literally screaming at an elderly woman about a return. So loud the entire store can hear it. So I go to check out and they can’t log into the computer and can’t find a manager. I’m done with this sorry excuse of a store
Above average Walgreens
Little slow at the pharmacy window.
I went in to Walgreens the other day to pick up a Fed Ex package and the young gentlemen who was working behind the counter had his protective face mask pulled down under his chin and proceeded to talk to me without safe social distancing. He was not behind the plexiglass and I had to ask him to pull up his face mask for safety reasons. I felt extremely unsafe the entire time that I was there, especially since the number of COVID-19 cases is growing in our area.
Dimitry has been the most cordial, knowledgeable, and helpful pharmacist Ive ever dealt with. Dimitry has helped us for years, especially when he was at the other store, and goes above and beyond the call of duty. He is one of the calmest individuals Ive ever met and a great reservoir of pharmaceutical knowledge. He is a credit to Walgreens.
This location in particular is so rude and extremely slow at pharmacy. It’s insane. I have tried it time and time again, as the location is very convenient for me. But it is now apparent to be more worth it to drive out of my way and go to the other port orange location or Ormond Beach for friendly, as well as faster, service.
Reliably slow service and. rude staff. I am not sure why I put up with it for 3 years .
There is a new Manager at this store and he is fantastic. His name is Dimitri and he used to be at the store on Taylor Rd. I have switched all my prescriptions to this store as the store on Taylor Rd is not good now. I am very happy with this store with the new manager.
I love this walgreens. All the pharmacy girls are so caring. I see how busy it gets and they handle it all so well. All the pharmacist are so knowledgeable and friendly. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else.
I miss having a 24/7 Walgreens near me but I still like going to this store. The technicians are always nice and wanting to help.
Great Shopping Experience. The cosmetics clerk was awesome. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
After hours in the ER I was greeted by judgement and negative attitude. When asked if my insurance would work at this location the woman repeatedly just said I won’t know until I run it. She couldn’t run it right away while I was there so she finally agreed to call if there was a problem. Two hours later at closing time still no call. When I went to pick up the prescription the insurance is not accepted and the total was $1200 plus! She was still very angry and short. No explanation for not contacting me. Terrible terrible human to be dealing with the sick public. Unfortunately, I am sure I am not the first she has treated this way which tells me this behavior is acceptable at this location.
I switched insurance last year so Im having to use the pharmacy at Walgreens now. One of my first visits was not a pleasant one. Went through the drive thru to pick up my antibiotic. The pharmacy tech named Leah was very very rude and short with me. There was a minor issue with the insurance that I had never dealt with. I was asking her a few questions because I was confused. She had no patience with explaining what the problem was. She immediately got an attitude with me and asked if I still wanted the prescription. Well of course I still want the prescription, its an antibiotic and Im sick. i ended up having to go inside to get the prescription. I made the other employee aware of her attitude. If you dont like what you do for a living switch professions. Im in the medical field as well and I would not treat people like that. Very disappointed in this pharmacy. I would like to use CVS again, NEVER had a problem there.
Call corporate. I did. Had the pharmacy manager, who couldnt have cared less previously, call me and apologize. Treated me horribly. Even told me to go try another chain for my Parkinsons meds.I switched to the one on S. Nova and Reed Canal. Awesome staff. Catherine, especially, is amazingly helpful, kind and, you know, gives a crap. ;)Call corporate and tell them if you have a problem with this one, then switch. Any pharmacy is better than this one.
Clean store, nice employees. Very helpful when asked
Order medication online, pick up an hour later. Easy as cake. Staff was nice too, must have replaced them since these previous complaints.
What a total joke. LAST TIME I EVER COME HERE. watched an episode of Family Guy while I waited in line for my RX that was filled. Absolutely poor corporate management.
Im not sure what everyone is complaining about, Ive had great experiences here, never had a problem with any prescriptions or getting help with anything I needed.
The drive through Pharmacy has terrible customer service. Just spoke with Tori and Ive been trying for over 2 months to pick up an ACNE prescription. They honestly dont know what theyre doing and its been an ongoing battle with them and my dermatologist. Im currently transferring pharmacys
Update. June 2020. The service is going down i went in there ask for a product of something i was missing. Tre i guess hes a manager now, well he is very unprofessional, young, and rude. Before even asking him something i saw him having a conversation with a coworker cussing and laughing. Then when i asked him something i noticed he was a manager! Oh boy thats a recipe for disaster. Anyhow when he was talking to me he used words like how the hell and saying stuiped. Like is that how you talk to everyone, im a customer, how does that look on you? Very unprofessional, if i have a problem with this store i will contact someone else rather than talking to him!Pharmacy drive thru needs work on getting customers in and out. This is why we drive up. We need to hurry. I go on my lunch break and by the time I leave there my break is up. Very disappointing!
Pharmacy staff was amazing. Thank you 😉
Its a store thats clean and prices are reasonably
Drove there after they told me my book was ready.. wasnt ready.. no compensation mentioned
Terrible drive thru and inside pharmacy staff. They are very slow performing and are not very friendly. I have never met so many rude people at a pharmacy before. not only did I wait an hour for my prescription, I waited a whopping 40 minutes (no joke) in the drive thru until I reached the window. No longer will I spend my money at this pharmacy. It defeats the purpose of having a drive they service if your are not going to have fast and efficient service.
Terrible pharmacy. Not only did they LIE to me, they made me feel like I was doing something wrong by simply following my doctors orders. I am prescribed Adderall, 10 mg. I was give 60, 28 days ago and told to take 2 a day. That is 56 pills. That should leave me with 4 pills. Wrong. I only have 2 right now, because 4 days ago, my doctor increased my dosage to 3 a day (2 in am and 1 in pm), and wrote me a prescription for 90 pills, dated August 7th. So I only have 2 left. The tech took my prescription yesterday, and agreed to have it filled by 9:30 this morning. I went in to pick it up, and the man (not sure if he was the pharmacist) told me insurance would not cover it until Monday, because of the date. I told him that my DOCTOR increased my dose, and I started the change in therapy that day. He told me I should have waited until my current prescription ran out (BECAUSE HE OBVIOUSLY KNOWS BETTER THAN MY DOCTOR). He DID say I could pay cash without insurance (which I would never consider, and I thought it was super shady of him to say that, are they trying to pull one over? Do they do this often as a money maker?) So I called my insurance company. The agent I spoke with said the script had been processed and approved, and there is no reason they should withhold the prescription because it was a change in therapy BY MY DOCTOR! She said if they have an issue, they need to call the pharmacy number listed on my insurance card. I called back in to Walgreens and explained this, and the pharmacy tech (a girl this time) must have talked to the guy I was dealing with before, and she said the pharmacist has chosen to not give me MY medication. So, before he was lying about my insurance, and now he is just being a jerk. I asked for my prescription back and I will certainly NEVER shop or fill scripts as Walgreens again. Not only was this man completely rude, he is a liar, and he went out of his way to make me feel completely uncomfortable. At NO POINT EVER should a pharmacy or their staff make someone feel uncomfortable about filling a prescription. It is such a private thing they have access to, and I felt judged and lied to today. Shame on you Walgreens. I will also be having all my family, including my father who has Hodgkins Lymphoma (and, needless to say, has A LOT of prescriptions to be filled) change to a different pharmacy. I will also be sharing this with my doctor, as the person at Walgreens said, even though my doctor told me to start my upped dosage on Wednesday, I should have gone against doctors orders and waited until Monday. I DO NOT TRUST WALGREENS PHARMACY!
Terrible service. I am from Cincinnati and my child has an ear infection, she is also allergic to red dye so when I asked the pharmacist of the medication had red dye in it his response was he didnt know and to give her some and if she had a reaction to it then dont give anymore. Seriously??? I called the Granada Walgreens and they told me immediately weather or not the dye was listed on the ingredients. I dont understand why it was so difficult for the first pharmacist but I think it might be time for Walgreens to replace him if he cant even answer simple questions for patients with allergies.
Pharmacy person, Mark, was a very attentive representative of his store.
The pharmacy techs have terrible attitudes and need customer service skills...
The pharmacy lied to me. THE STORE MANAGER IS DISRESPECTFUL AND UNCARING. WORST WALGEENS I HAVE EVER BEEN IN!
Great photo department!
The pharmacy lied one more time. Was advised that my girlfriends medication would be ready in an hour and then told her to come tomorrow. They do not care about doctors prescriptions whatsoever.
Time after time I go into the pharmacy to pickup regular prescriptions and it takes them forever. A couple of the workers are very rude.
Acceptable, not the nicest cashier.
Do NOT use this pharmacy. I have never dealt with such rude, inconsiderate, people in my life. Never shopping here again, or using their pharmacy.
Good
Ill love it
