Drinks are consistent as with all Starbucks. However, the service and personal are particularly bad at this particular location. I have given Starbucks 5 start reviews in the past, but this location is definitely not up to corporate standards.

The service was great, very helpful and quick.

Generally not bad for a in store Starbucks. However they have made mistakes, but did fix them.

Terrible service. Only one person working the station. She took my order first, but also took three other orders before she decided to make mine. Then she made all of them out of order and tried to make them at the same time. So bring the first person in line I waited 18 minutes for my drinks. I understand things are time consuming, but this is ridiculous. It’s not efficient, and quite honestly a snide show

The bald chick that works there is nasty and condescending. I called her out on her attitude and she gave me more attitude. If I want you to put sugar in my coffee, you do it. If I say I’d like a little breve in my coffee, you put a flipping splash of breve in my coffee. I’m aware that there is a self serve area to doctor up your coffee, but I’ve always asked to have it done for me. I have issues with shaking and I shouldn’t have to explain myself when I ask for my coffee a certain way. I’ll be moving to Port Townsend and I will be back for more coffee. -The guy with the little black dog

This is the worse SB Ive ever been too. The vanilla syrup is watered down or not the brand that is supposed to be used. They dont read the instructions and a light Ice order is received with extra ice packed all the way to the bottom of the cup. They argue with you over your order when you ask for no water and no ice and will give you a half filled cup saying thats what u get with no water or ice. But that not how real SB work. Not coming back,bit hasnt improved after 6 months. I give up. Moving on.

I hate burnt coffee and a lack of flavors for diabetics. Never use Starbucks if I have an alternative

I did not visit here a month ago. I have not visited one of these in many years. I always prefer independent coffee shops. Support independent coffee stores and shops.

These ladies make fantastic drinks they work really hard and you know youre going to get a excellent latte and a really nice hello when you go and see them.

I like this place because its fast and easy and great lattes my preference Im sure they do everything else great also

I love Starbucks no matter whether its our grocery store or its own store in downtown Seattle or no matter where they are I love him at all the choices they have in hot and cold drinks as far as the politics are concerned thats has nothing to do with the popular drinks that they have and keep politics for the politicians, nowadays theres too much in this world, at least you know your cup of coffee hot or cold is going to be good

Good coffee. BUT. The website says it opens at five and i showed up at 5:30 only to be told they dont open till 6:00 that is VERY irritating.

Friendly Starbucks and wifi is not an issue if you need to work virtual or update your status! Staff is fun!

Im so glad theres a Starbucks in our neighborhood. I Really Loved the macha green tea blended drink.

One of my favorite Starbuckss. Theres no drive-thru but its worth going in we can order before you get there until hes ready when I arrive. And theres a Fred Meyer in a Bartells right next door
