Me and my girlfriends new favorite coffee. We swear by this place. We will walk/drive/bike/run by every other coffee shop on the way to sunrise in the mornings and its always worth it. They have a 16 ounce brewed drip roast medium or dark for only $2.00 and the price never beats 5$ even for the most expensive items. Worth the price and it tastes amazing. They have excellent customer service and are extremely friendly. I encourage you to bring your dog as they are pet friendly and have treats. Great place to warm yourself up, get energy, and enjoy the day with your dog.

Parking is limited to 8-10 vehicles (dont use those of the neighbor business!).Located directly across from Port Townsend Brewing and caddie corner to Safeway. Average $12 for a pound of coffee. This place has such a great coffeehouse vibe. Its small, but has plenty of seating. The young lady working there was super helpful in recommending places in Port Townsend to visit. We loved the coffee, which they roast themselves.It seemed like this is a place the locals really enjoy, and I would absolutely recommend it for a quick coffee stop on your way into town.Parking is a little wonky, but there is a lot of space in the industrial area there, so Im sure you could park anywhere for short term.

If you want to sit down and have coffee or work at a Cafe dont come here. They shut down their dining room to customers.

Ive been stopping by Sunrise Coffee Company as I passed through Port Townsend to and from the ferry for about a year now and I just realized Ive never posted a review.I absolutely love this place. Even throughout the covid-19 crisis SCC has been able to provide coffee via take out and of course the bagged coffee is still available and they are shipping. The staff are genuinely friendly considering Port Townsend can get a little touristy and even though I only pass through once or twice a month they know my order and they always have a smile!!Thank you Sue and all the staff who have always been there when I needed that cup of coffee as I run for a ferry! Cheers!

Good coffee at a great priceThere is usually a line at the window - a sign of a good place. They worked through the line quickly and soon I was sipping a 16oz latte.

I go here almost everyday. They are such lovely hard working ladies there. The coffee is amazing and its nice they have a light roast option that my bf is obsessed with. I drink an iced Americano with chocolate and no room and the shots are perfection. Always smooth and rich and delicious. They also have fun flavors for Italian soda and their own creative drinks. These ladies take their time crafting your delicious drink, so be patient or dont go if you are in a huge rush. However, its worth the wait if you have the time. They have outside social distanced tables and coffee on the ground for 6ft spacing in line. I feel safe during this covid -19 times.

Wonderful. Great expresso. They roast the bean themselves. Its the only coffee I buy for home brewing. The shop itself is cozy, the staff is helpful, friendly and quick. Would recommend for anybody that likes coffee. The drive through place up the road is sub par to this establishment

Quick trip to visit family and needing great coffee. This is the place. Fresh roasted beans, great drip or espresso, amazing staff. Stopped by twice on my six hour visit. A real community gathering place for fresh coffee or picking up some fresh roasted beans for your home/business use. I’ll be back many more times on my family trips to Port Townsend!

I was an employee of sunrise coffee for a year.I Rosa coffee did deliveries and sold copy to customers. Prior to that I had a marijuana conviction and relocated back to Port Townsend and worked at panne d a more for years and try to make my place in the community. After quitting the jobs Bill Curtsinger of sunrise coffee call my new boss and asked if he had a convict working for him. He was speaking about me even though I paid my debt to society and it’s been at least five years since but I remember those cold words probably every month

Coffee was good. About $3 for a large drip. This place Requires $5 min for card purchase, which is fine if you have a large order. But I probably will not be back because of this. I typically will not give a business repeat service if they have this policy because its not fair to the consumer to eat the cost for the businesss debit/credit charges. *im a small business owner and accept cards and I eat the charges*

I come here most days and the coffee is always great. I love the convenience of the self serve, and they make great espressos too. Probably my favorite coffeeshop in Port Townsend. It is usually full of nice people sitting and having conversations with dogs milling about. Love the cozy atmosphere.

Coffee (dark chocolate cafe mocha) was excellent! Today I enjoyed an oatmeal raspberry scone! Appeared to be a local hangout. Seating was a little limited, but comfortable.

Outstanding coffee, and outstanding options for it! Alternative milks, organics, and baked goodies galore! Friendly and Deaf-friendly as well!

By far my favorite place in town to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. A self-serve drip coffee assortment (dark, med/light, decaf) is very reasonably priced, and the baristas usually know how to make a great capu. A bit short on interesting pastries sometimes, especially if you like them on the sweet side. Fabulous assortment of coffee beans roasted on the premises.

Excellent roaster...right up there with Vivace and Storyville in my opinion. Nice little funky espresso bar too in the heart of one of the last true working waterfront s.

Fantastic coffee and wonderful kid friendly atmosphere. They have toys for the little ones and no one turns their nose up at a two year old making truck noises on the floor.

Mediocre coffee in a town where much better coffee is a 10-minute walk away. Plus for me any place that asks you what size for a cappuccino automatically loses a star. Staff were nice and friendly.

Great place to sit and visit, rest, read the free papers. Excellent coffee by the cup or bulk, cheap if you just want plain coffee and bring your own cup. Free Wi-fi, toys for kids, also Italian soda in many flavirs, and gluten free goodies as well.

This is THE place for coffee and a European Kafehaus experience. Almost all the periodicals are a available. There is a wide variety of beans (ground or whole). Staff is friendly.
