I placed an order online for a Romero Tiny Tenor spalted mango from Crossroads Music who I just “happened” to find online. It ARRIVED today! The delivery was speedy (1week across the country) and the ukulele was carefully packaged. I am SO happy and in love with this ukulele. It’s absolutely gorgeous and the sound is fabulous. I wanted to thank Mike for all his help on the phone which helped me make my decision! Good decisions all around!!! ❤️Love It. Glad to have found Crossroads Music also! Crossroads Music 🎶 is a wonderful store. I took my guitar in for adjustment and the guitar was ready when they said it would be and it sounds better than it has for years.The owners are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable with a great selection of guitars 🎸. It was worth the drive from Sequim to go to their store.

Im not from Port Townsend, just passing through. My friend is a music buff with lots of love for instruments, and he found a lot of types of instruments to try he hadnt been able to, even in Portland, OR. He loved the store, and so did I! Staff is helpful and kind, I heard them assisting children and adults, and there are little studio rooms & lots of instruments to try. Made my night to stop there and enjoy the sounds of people playing and to play myself. Highly recommend!

I havent had the pleasure of purchasing an instrument here yet, but I recently had their resident luthier, George, do some installations on an acoustic guitar for me. It plays and sounds great, and Ill definitely be bringing more guitars to George in the near future for custom work. Hes earned my complete trust.
