Why am i giving them 2 stars A) they forgot to update their new address on google maps. Even after telling the customer rep i’m a new customer and found you on google, which was a total lost of time and driving. B) i asked the customer rep that i need specific Box sizes and i was told we have everything just walking in, in the end they didn’t have the boxes i needed! They lost me as a new customer. I feel like the customer rep was very unprofessional, lack of knowledge and poor customer service..

I ORDERED PACKING SUPPLIES 3 WEEKS AND STILL HAVENT RECEVIED IT. I called during the 2nd week and was told that my order will arrive the next day and still nothing. Wost customer service ever will never order from them again.
