Doug went above and beyond to accommodate me. I wasnt the easiest customer but he always professional, kind and respectful to me. Aaron was also very helpful any time I had a problem he was at my door to fix it immediately! Thank you guys very much for all you did to keep me happy! I truly appreciate it and I highly recommend Portage Rent A Center.

Great service and people here is what youll find

This particular location isnt the greatest. These people like to harrass you two or three times daily even if you arent home. They like to threaten to sbow up at ur house and take sometbing you paid 2000 for. And if they dont get it we have video proof of them trying to enter our home. I wouldnt reccommend this location to anyone nor the buisness of rent a center.

Ghetto rude unprofessional the list goes on.they decided to decorate my yard with rent a center tags then break my decorations.

Very easy people to do business with, the whole time it took to get the computer Im buying was around 40 minutes. Pretty painless.
