Master bath remodel went very well. Tom worked closely with our design and valued our input and direction when needed. He was quick to respond and informed us of delays. He was accountable for his work and up front with workers, delays, and cost.

Beautiful work done installing a custom shower upgrade! They showed up at the time they said they would, if not just a few minutes early. Were very considerate of our home, cleaning up, and two different work schedules, (mine and our dog). Even seemed excited for us! They were able to be a little flexible with scheduling the actual install. Were very helpful and quick to respond during the planning stage. And their work was worth every penny! Id call them again in a heartbeat!

Everyone at Schultz was wonderful. Mike helped the ideas in my head be put on to paper, while taking into consideration my budget and must-haves. Tom was very communicative and available. He kept in close contact with Rodney and regularly stopped out at the house. Rodney did great work, paid attention to detail and was patient with my last minute decision making :)I would definitely use them again. Very reasonably priced, wore masks, were on time, and did a great job keeping their area clean.

Our project included removal and installation of 3 toilets, a bathroom cabinet, vanity top/sink and bathroom faucet. Tom provided an estimate for the removal/installation and we purchased the materials. On the day of installation, Rodney and Everett arrived when they said they would. Both wore masks and used drop cloths throughout the house. They were respectful, professional and did quality work. Exceptional attention to detail! The installation was completed in less than a day. We would highly recommend Schultz Kitchen and Bath and will be using them again in the future.

We just completed a full kitchen remodel with Tom and his crew. They did a awesome job throughout the whole process. Schultz did a tub to shower conversion for me. The project also included drywall replacement, exhaust fan installation, toilet installation, and painting. Tom and all of the tradespeople who worked on the project did great work, and kept to the schedule. Tom checked in each evening to tell me who I could expect the next day, and when they would be here. They never failed to show up on time. Ive recently had a lot of work done on my house, and Shultz Home Improvement were the best to work with, did a beautiful job, and were also the lowest bidder. Highly recommend.

We had a strange issue in a 100+ year old with a basement stairway that was falling apart and too steep. We needed to lower a section of floor in the kitchen to remove a step from the flight. Schultz Home Improvement rebuilt the stairs and lowered the floor, installed railings etc., and it looks and feels fantastic. They also put in a new countertop and sink, faucet and that also is delightful. I am actually going to e-mail him right after this to have him come and look at our other stairs.

We were very impressed to receive an email a few days prior to the start date reminding us of the estimated time table, offering some suggestions about minimizing the impact on our daily lives, and providing a listing of all the workers who would be coming to our home to do the job. First time for that with any contractor we have hired. The work was done exceptionally well, on schedule, and at a very fair price. Tom was more than willing to discuss any concerns we had and make any changes to accommodate our wishes. We especially appreciated how Tom and his coworkers respected our home. They completely cleaned up the job site at the end of each day, taking up their drop cloths, vacuuming up any dust and debris, sweeping out the garage and driveway, etc., and then meeting with us to let us know the next days plans and time schedule so we could be prepared for them. Outstanding! We have never had that with any other contractor either. We would certainly hire Tom for future jobs at our home and have already recommended him to others. We had Tom complete two major renovations, one of our full bathroom, and then our kitchen. Both required a full tear out top to bottom. The final work was fantastic. During both projects we could count on Tom to show up when he said he would, and was always available to talk about the project. His crew were all trustworthy, and we were comfortable having them in the house whether we were home or not. At one point we didnt like the placement of some work an electrician did and Tom had it moved within hours. I would definitely recommend Schultz Home Improvement.
