I had to return a book for a friend. It was absolutely effortless. The only confusing part was customer service is located in the back of the store. I was told there that returns are completed at check out.

Stopped in to pick up a couple magazines, ended up picking up a few Halloween books for my niece and nephews and a cool Lego SPEED Champions set for myself lol. All the time I was there I could hear the staff asking people, Hi. Is there anything I can help you find? Great staff! I love this store.

This store is wonderful, if they dont have what you want in stock, theyll order it for you and have it shipped out. Staff is always helpful

Well stocked, friendly staff, something for the whole family, and a small Cafe. The Cafe is usually busy but the staff keep the lining moving quickly. Handicap accessible and kid friendly.

Love books? Youll love this place. Obviously one of the bigger (if not biggest) book chains in the country, they have something for everybody. Its very easy to get lost in the sea of cool stuff and spend an unfortunate amount of money here.

Staff is super friendly and made it easy to waive shipping fees when ordering from store. The Starbucks inside is great as well. Walking in Barnes & Noble always felt like coming home when I was younger and Im glad that feeling hasnt changed over this years.

Its a great place to find new adventures to read about! The only critique that I have is that there have been a couple of times where I see a series that is interesting but the first book to the series is not on the shelf where the second and third one is. If I want to start a series, I would expect the first book to be with its sequels. Other than that, I always enjoy visiting!

Everyone was super rude to my friend and I. Another customer called us crazy to the cashier infront of us and the store did everything they could to push us out of the store. Funny thing is we didnt say 1 word to anyone the whole time, bought 3 puzzles and ordered a book.

Always a great place and lots of books. I like to sit in the comfortable chairs and just read.

Took the kids here to look at toys for their Christmas list... Yes Barnes & Noble has toys now. The toy area is closer to an upscale boutique toy store than a Target or Walmart but with prices set to compete with those two. Very comfortable, lots of nice toys, and a Starbucks for Mom and Dad. We ended up coming back later without the kids to get most of the toys there.

Great place to find books, magazines and related items. It will be hard to choose among the thousands of books for sale! The childrens section is chocked full of choices, a fun place to bring kids! Quite a few items are always on clearance, too.

They are very helpful and had the book I wanted and put it on hold until I get to the store.

I just wanted to mention that last time I was in here a few days ago I came across the most CHEERFUL employee Ive ever encountered any where. She said hi to everyone, was helping out multiple customers, told each person she spoke to to have a wonderful day, and was all smiles! I unfortunately dont know her name, but it was nice to see someone being so happy and kind. :)

B&N has a great selection of books! They were working on reorganizing some of their categories and changing the store layout, so be prepared to browse the new aisles soon!

The employees did not hound me, but did check up to make sure I was finding what I was looking for. Check out was fast and easy. Super polite team! Thank you for a great experience!

Once a respectable business, now the only thing good about B&N is their cafe, which is just a Starbucks. Otherwise, Barnes & Noble offers overpriced products, small tables filled with only the books they think you should be reading, and a somewhat stuffy environment. Their religion section mainly offered Christianity-alternative books, and their political section was ONLY liberal garbage. So when searching for a book that suits you, avoid this Amazon-like Barnes & Noble, because this company has obviously grown too big to stay in touch with the American public!

Such a relaxed atmosphere. They was such a feeling of home, and feeling content. The selection of content was incredible. It was cleaned and well organized. Such attentive and helpful staff.

This is a great bookstore! They have a wide variety of books, toys, and other novelties, along with lots of seating and a large kids area. The staff are always nice and its usually clean. It is a perfect place to do homework or catch up on work, because its usually quiet inside and there is a cafe with coffee and pastries too. I would definitely recommend coming here!

They have redone the store and moved things around in the past few months.I mostly shop the bargain section when Im here as its unmatched for gifts and for inexpensive yet aesthetically pleasing editions to build ones library. I was not disappointed in the bargain section today and added two books to each member of my familys Christmas gifts.

The layout is baffling, the employees on the floor are improperly wearing masks, and under religion I only found christianity, which is not the total sum of religions. Scifi selection is pretty narrow but you must cater to your audience. There was an entire like block devoted to various authors i really enjoyed, that was nice. Pretty expensive, but thats what I get for waiting to buy gifts last minute instead of shopping for best price. It got the job done, however, which is why I went to b&n instead of a smaller place which might not carry the narrow, specific interest I was hunting down. 3/5, you know what youre getting at a b&n but oh at what cost.

They have a lot of variety now than they did when they first began, as a matter fact, I didn’t even look for a book when I first arrived . I normally have something to do that feels I’m only looking at toys, food and records. They’re selection is pretty good. Well organized too. Not a club member after all these years but I’m ok with it.

I had the most pleasant experience here! A very helpful young man named Jon helped me and checked me out. He was all smiles and extremely helpful. His customer service skills were the best Ive ever seen!!!

Always a pleasant visit! I went here looking for the next book in both of the series my kids are reading. As i was wondering around a sweet lady (employee, I believe her name was Pam?) asked if I needed help. She really knew her book series! Right away she was able to find one of the books I was in search for. The second one we had to look up and even though they didnt carry tht specific series, she helped me to find multiple books that catered to the interests of my five year old daughter. Best experience at a book store!

I love to be able to walk into a bookstore and walk out with the perfect book. This store has such a great and large selection of every genre imaginable. The book choices are endless but it doesnt end with books. Magazines, music, calendars and stationary are available too. The children and teen sections offer something for all reading levels. I do love this store!

Im very disappointed i placed in order and issued extra for shipping to have my package delivered by the 10. Only 2 books arrived a day early the other four went not delivered on time. After I was told they were delivered on the 9th as well. The 10th when they were suppose to be there and was told they were being delivered that day they didnt. I also tried to find out who was delivering them ahead of time as they had to be delivered by 3 and couldnt deliver it on weekends as the mailroom was closed. I was told by the receptionist she dont know that was s week before the delivery date. I called again on the 11th a day late. To be told the wrong delivery company as I called that company utrac cake barns and noble back to fine the correct company but by that time it was after 3 pm. As between calling it took approximately 2 hrs long.. it was a Christmas gift that had to be in by the 12th to have my fiance whos in prison to be able to get it by Christmas.😪😭😭😭 I will never order books again from them. Ive bought books from Walmart plenty of time and they are always on time... cheaper as well

This is a very nice Barnes and noble. They have it set up where the bookshelves are enclosing three sides of you so its like the books are hugging you!! I dont know about you but sometimes I need a hug and these books did that for me.

Huge store with lots of options of books and fun items to look at. They have a nice area for kids to play and grab books. The assortment of toys is a nice surprise for the book store as well. The employees are all friendly and helpful. Only downside of the place is the parking lot can be stressful to get in and out of.

I know the printed word is becoming a thing of the past, but I still love browsing through a bookstore and this a great store. If they dont carry what youre looking for they will order it.

There is nothing about this bookstore that I cant rave about. Coffee is fantastic. The toys and games section is top notch. I love the variety of options for all ages.Browsing the bookshelves is a very pleasant experience. Their employees are all knowledgeable and very helpful. If they dont have the book or item anyone is looking for, ordering it is just a minute out of the day.All in all, Barnes and Noble is my happiest place on Earth.

Could spend hours here. They have a great rewards program. The sale section is constantly changing. I ordered a book they did not have in, it was here in 3 days and they called as soon as it came in. Great service!

Great selection of books and board games. I do like the fact that there is a Starbucks inside as well. If I was still in school, I would enjoy coming here to read and hang out. Stopped in here to look at board games, good selection they are just very expensive. Most games cost on average 20$-30$. I see why online shopping has been the go to for most the last few years.

As soon as you walk in very friendly staff. Someone asked me if they could help me, took me right over to where I needed to go then asked me if they could possibly help me find the book I was looking for. They didnt have what I was looking for and would look to see when they were going to get more in. Went above and beyond to help me. Walked out of there knowing that I will be back again some day. Thank you to saleslady for all your help.

Ordered two items in the store for pickup later on. Got a call my order was ready and when I went to pick them up they looked for a while in store and couldn’t find anything. After a while they told me it was actually a home delivery and that it would be delivered early the next week. More than a week passed and nothing was delivered. Phone calls weren’t answered and customer service would put me on hold for over an hour. I kept getting confusing comments on were my order was with no answer until today. I’ve been waiting for more than two weeks and having to call various numbers just to get an answer. Turns out my order was there but employees just couldn’t find it.

We went around 1pm on Black Friday and it was pretty crowded and busy - but - the store had plenty of employees, store was clean, and bathroom was clean. I believe a manager was there and mingling with customers, I overheard him speaking with several people and he seemed very polite and attentive. He even helped direct me to the bathroom when I had asked.Other days I have been here the store is also very clean. I like this location, even if its a smaller store than the ones in Grand Rapids.

Love this store! Its always well organized, the shelves are neat and its easy to find what you are looking for. Havent used the cafe yet, but the drinks people walk around with from it look delicious! Excited to dive into the kids section once my 10 week old boy is a little bigger! Also love the amount of seating available for people to sit and browse books before deciding to buy them or not. Staff have always been friendly and helpful!

If you love books this is the place to be. They have a very large selections and they are organized very well. Always busy and has a long line at check out. The employees are very helpful and friendly.

My daughters and I come here every couple of months to get out of the house when their Dad is working. But this time their dad got to tag along! We ventured out as a family with our daughters 5 and under when their school was cancelled. Its always a fun adventure for us. But, believe it or not, their Dad had the most fun of us all. We were instantly greeted by a friendly staff member who shared a chuckle with our girls and then we went on our way and spent about an hour in the kids department. Dad went on his own and he wasnt seen until we were ready to check out. He said, I didnt realize Barnes & Noble was so cool. Never thought I would need a shopping cart at Barnes & Noble, but with him, we could have used one! I thought this would be a fun trip for the girls, but really, it was their Dad who was so giddy about the whole experience.

Barnes and Noble provides a fun Game Night on the 1st an 3rd Mondays of the month. Good people, lots of different games and fun times. Starbucks coffee and treats on site to. Friendly and helpful associates. Great experience! Love this store.

Staff was very helpful. Even though the store was extremely busy the staff members were very attentive. So glad we still have storefronts around.

Coffee is good. Theyre a little too nice in the café and held a 10 minute conversion of small talk with the customer in front of me. I just want to order and go, not wait for someone to catch up with a stranger.
