Lots of cool stuff will definitely come back

Loved the store and had alot of stuff that i couldnt find and very polite and very resourceful

Great store for the nerd inside all of us. Also a really good place to pick up those pop culture now and then gifts. Even when I dont plan on it I usually find something I didnt know I didnt need to add to my whatever collection. Friendly staff also, and usually not too busy.

Its not really the stores fault, but its a drastic change from the FYE stores from when I was growing up. Its almost depressing how far theyve fallen but the reality is consumers dont buy things like we used to

I was promised a job at this establishment, but they turned around and gave it to somebody else behind my back. They claim they found someone more qualified, but Ive got a feeling that isnt the full truth. I dont think I feel comfortable shopping here ever again.

Basically a modern take on a Spencers Gifts for junior high kids. Not at all impressed!

Had all the places I wanted to shop but closed earlier than expected

I would have given 0 stars if I could. I feel bad the employees have to work open to close often and do work outside of their job title because the store manager, Nikki, doesn’t do her own job or show up to work. (But don’t worry she’s still clocking herself in)

Plenty of merchandise to purchase and bluetooths in stock. A little pricey but I cant complain too much. Definitely for people who love music and anime alike!

A couple of my kids are really into My Hero Academia and found lots of neat stuff here. Lots on sale and friendly staff

The store was great. It was clean and easy to shop, a lot of really cool stuff perfect for christmas shopping. Lost two stars bc I believe customer service should be 100% in a store, its the difference to shopping online. The cashier was pleasant until he found out we were not going to sign up for the store rewards card, to which point he was short and rude for the remainder of our time checking out, really put a sour turn on the entire experience.

Always just OK. Staff is normally decent and we love the buy 2 get 1 for 75% off POP figures. Outside of that very average and sometimes over priced.

Pretty quiet early in the morning, wasnt disappointed with the selection either. Love the horror stuff.

Love the selection, not happy with the sneaky way the cashier gave us therewards card. Didnt mention it was $11 after the trial until after we had signed up and called out. Then having to wait 3 days to cancel something we didnt want in the first place. Will not be back.

Awesome FYE! Its a huge store with a great selection and friendly staff who will help you find anything you need. I ended up buying a DVD and the staff was kind and my whole store experience was great :)

This store is clean, has a wide selection, and staff is exceptional, but prices are prohibitively high. For example, prices on used DVDs and Blurays are higher than prices on the same discs at other places (Walmart, Target, Best Buy, etc).

Love it but it’s changed so much in the past couple years. No more music and movies have downsized. More anime has taken over the store. 🙁

Cashier asked to see my ID for a purchase. After i DID SHOW MY ID, I explained to the cashier that she is not allowed to request an id for a purchase unless its to validate age requirements. She got snippy with me so I explained how Visa prohibits that as per there website unless the store has arranged an agreement with Visa to allow for that requirement. I then explained to them how a sign stating the store policy to ID everyone would eliminate the issue. The manager stepped in and said we cant do that. So I replied then you shouldnt ask for my ID. On my way out I overheard them bad mouthing me and my family. I was only trying to help them not get in trouble now Im considering reporting the incident to higher management for harrassment.From Visas websiteIn general, a merchant is permitted to ask for identification but cannot require it as a condition of Visa card acceptance. However, there are exceptions, for example, if Visa has granted the merchant permission to require identification under certain circumstances for fraud control

Great place to find any movies or music your looking for also have a great selection of clothing, merchandise, etc. Staff is always great and friendly

Kids love to go and check out the merchandise and pick up a things here.

Definitely a fun place to shop if youre a fan of movies and tv in general. Youll be able to find a little bit of every genre of entertainment.

FYE has all the best media related stuff from music to video and associated SWAG. Good fun store.

Unique and pop culture items

Been to the mall so many times, but never been here until yesterday. Interesting, lots of random stuff, movies, cds, records, phone accessories, toys, clothes, weird stuff you might like if your looking for something unique. High priced, dirty, cluttered, 3 employees, but no one said a word. Wont go back.

Used to be better. Bring back the old FYE!

Refund policy is AWFUL! I understand Electronics have certain criteria for returns, however the first we bought wouldnt work, the second we bought was already broken (how did they restock this?) Would NOT refund $$$. So, now we have another Drone that will not work. I dont normally shop here, so an in-store credit sucks.

It seems that with every visit to FYE the selection gets less and less and the products I could just as easily find at another electronics or clothing store

Great place to find harder to find certified used movies, they are very well organized. Just say NO to the offer to save 2$ for joining the FYE club thing, its not worth the hassle or money unless you plan on going there a LOT.

I like going here when I cant find something Im looking for at other places. And they also have some unique things that are nice for the people I know that are hard to buy for.
