The transaction was seemless and so was the installation. Father and son team Ed and Adam are awesome! Their decades of experience is reflected in their craftsmanship and attention to detail. Ill never buy another carpet unless its installed by these guys!

Village carpet & flooring went about and beyond. They worked with me to try to get the carpet in quickly because they knew we wanted to sell our home.They kept in contact with me regarding when they expected the carpet to be in. The guys who came and installed it were very professional, respectful & safe & did an excellent job. They offered to sweep & clean up the mess although I told them Id do it.The price of the carpet & padding was very reasonable. I highly recommend them & if I could I would give them higher then 5 stars, I definitely would!!

Love my carpet !!!....Adam and his dad did a great job!!! It took a little time to get it from Georgia because of the corona virus ; not the stores fault but that did give us time to repaint the room...everyone was friendly ...

Excellent customer service in the store! They were very knowledgable and helped me pick out carpet that would do well with children. The install was done professionally and quickly. We had our whole newly finished basement carpeted and were very pleased with the result. We also had two custom size rugs bound and we couldnt be happier with how they turned out. They have really helped muffle the echo in our house that is mostly hardwoods upstairs in the bedrooms.

I call village carpet and tile ask a question about vapour barrier if it should be under the underlayment or under the sub flooring and they said because I didnt buy it from them they were not answer that question for me just think thats pretty rotten
