Got over charged for a bundle on their website the bundle was for 2 xbox one wireless controller bundle priced at $59.99 price at checkout said $63.29 clicked checkout and next thing you know i got charged $63.29 twice and charged full price for 2 pre-owned controllers that had a bundle price of $59.99 this isnt the first time I have had an issue with gamestop but it will be my last I am requesting a full refund for their websites blunder I only wanted the bundle if it was for $59.99 dont trust them. As you can see they charged me twice when I should not have according to THEIR OWN ADVERTISEMENT!!!!

They have always had additional/helpful info regarding products I inquire about. On those items I go there for Im normally quite pleased or given insight to another product that I end up happy with.

Pokémon cards have been scarce these days due to the company not meeting demand. I pre-ordered Pokémon cards and wasnt able to get my pre-ordered on time due to a lack of supply. The workers at this Gamestop went above and beyond to make sure I still got my pre-order, and theyve done so for all of their customers. Any time I go here, I feel the nerd love. They truly care about each costumer that comes in, and have since I moved here 6 years ago. Give these people a raise.

Staff is friendly and helpful and they had a good selection. The only bad thing was their prices, I went across the street to Wal-Mart and found the game I paid $65 for at game stop, for $50 at walmart.

If you are going to go to any electronics store to buy a game or system, I would insist on going to Chris first.

Placed an order online to have held for me, and and I got a little impatient and left the house right afterwards. I had not received the confirmation email and it had only been about 35-40 minutes on New Years Eve. I went in and said that I had just placed it, and the guy said no problem and pulled it out from behind the counter. They are quick and helpful, definitely will be back to them.

Its GameStop so it internally sucks. But you go there anyway. Such is life.
