I have a limited edition Starwars laptop that Im pretty fond of. It started acting up so I took it to Speedy Computer Rescue, it ended up needing a hard drive, there were some glitches with the new hard drive so it was replaced. So it took longer than expected but Steve and Lexie treated me well and in the end my computer is FAST and runs better than new. Thanks!

I read about Steves Computer Repair in the Kalamazoo Gazette a year or so ago and when I read that he was involved in helping his native country of Ghana obtain computers I decided to trust him with my computer. Steve not only is an intelligent and conscientious business man he has a huge heart and is a very kind person. I have brought my computer to Steve with what they call the blue screen of death and he was able to retrieve my data and get my computer back up and running. He has helped fix both my laptop and my desktop and since he worked on them and advised me on what virus software to purchase and got that set up I have had no problems with either computers and that was nearly a year or so ago. You are in good hands with Steve.

Excellent service and followup. I dropped off my PC thinking it was a power problem but it wasnt. Speedy Computer Rescue diagnosed a different problem and saved all my data. Remotely re installed all my programs. They were more concerned about me and getting my PC to run at 100%. Would highly recommend. Even returned a phone call on Sunday!

I took my MacBook Air into the Speedy Computer Rescue and everyone there was super courteous and helpful. I worked with Steve in trying to overcome my laptops problems and he kept me up to date with all pertinent information. Steve reached out to me on multiple occasions to make sure I knew what was going on so the whole process was super transparent. Unfortunately, my laptop was unsalvagable but I was grateful to have received a refund after almost 2 weeks of work on the computer. I did not expect this but Steve reassured me that their customer service was of utmost importance to them. I would most definitely take my business to them again!

What a great experience! )Recently, I tried to access my external hard drive...the one that has all of my small business information and graphics, labels, and website data. An ominous message popped up on my screen, informing me that my hard drive was “corrupt”! I couldnt get in. This was out of the blue, it was Saturday, and I was seriously panicked! I had no idea what to do and who could help! I did an online search in my area and found four different computer repair businesses. Out of the four, I chose Speedy Computer Rescue. Steve, the owner, who is very respectful, professional, and kind, is really concerned about each customer who calls and walks through his door. (People at the other three places were somewhat abrupt when I called, and I was made to feel as if I was bothering them.) Not only are Steve and his crew very polite and knowledgeable in this field, but when he quoted me a “ball park “price of what it would cost me if the data, being held prisoner on that corrupt external drive could be retrieved, I was thrilled to find that his quote was lower than the amounts that the others had quoted me. Speedy Computer Rescues prices are VERY competitive, and extremely reasonable!!!One important part of my experience working with Speedy Computer Rescue, was that communication between us, once they were given the corrupt external drive, was ongoing, and outstanding! They kept in close contact with me after I dropped the hard drive off and I knew exactly what was going on, each step of the way. It took them very little time to find that data, and I was emailed that they were able to retrieve 100% of the data, and had transferred it to the new external drive that I had given them. Couldnt believe how quickly they were able to get the job done.They are SO efficient, extremely successful, and serious about their job, that I just took my desk top tower in today...hes giving it a diagnostic test, and hopefully finding and fixing the specific problems that I mentioned I was having. Also...a plus...Steve is very serious about educating his customers in regard to computer and internet safety, tips on how to prevent viruses, and more. I can guarantee you, Speedy Computer Rescue will now be my go to ”experts“whenever I have problems with my computer equipment. They really are “speedy”, and abundantly talented at what they do.

MUST READ!!! I moved to Otsego this summer and soon after were moved in my computer took a huge dump. It would not even bring up anything on the screen. Being new to this side of the state I was a little panicked because I didnt know a honest reliable place to take it in to. Not only were the techs easy to talk but I got to actually meet the owner and was reassured he would be fair and fast. I was still slightly skeptical because Ive been put through the ringer before by computer places. It wasnt even 3 days and I got a call to come and pick it up!!! WOW!!!! I was very impressed with EVERY aspect of this business. I recommended these guys to my friend and Pastor because the place in Plainwell had his PC for 6 WEEKS!!! Speedy computer rescue fixed it in less than 2 HOURS!!! I kid you not,lol!! Give them a shot and you will be glad you did.
