I love going to Hobby Lobby, however, they really could do better in the cleaning the bathroom department! So disgusting! The sink does actually clean, I tried wiping it because I thought maybe its just really old, nope, its just really dirty!! Do better Hobby Lobby, do better!

Followed me around the hole store watching if I steal I bought a t-shirt, card sleeves and a mask. I was looking for cards to buy my son for his bday.. I asked where were they and they told me they keep them locked up lol like I cant see them or might run off the guy followed me to 3 different side of the store. I specifically went to all three walls just to see if he really was profiling me. Very tired of being harrased like that and being profiled and judge by ppl who.make 9.50 an.hour what a joke.

Needed some canvases and paint for a project Im doing for some Christmas gifts. I was also excited to come to Hobby Lobby because my husband has never been to one before. All the decorations being half off really caught his eye and since we dont have a local Hobby Lobby we will most likely be back sooner than later. I personally gravitate towards the pumpkin decorations and the tie dye kits. Thos store is also pretty large so I feel like I could wander for at least an hour before getting bored. Employees are pretty good about making themselves available for guidance to where a product is, as we needed directions to both the canvas/paint section as well as needing directions to the restrooms. Cant wait for our next visit, thanks Hobby Lobby.

Being a former Hobby Lobby employee, I can still be completely unbiased with my review. For those who are irritated or disappointed in the removal of the 40% off coupon, just look around at all the new deals. Even some of the former your-price items have been changed to be discounted every other week. There are way more deals and way better deals than there were before. As to the one review I read about the manager that just walked around. The job of the Customer Service Manager (or CSM) is to check to see that everyone is all right, to make sure that everyone is assisted, to call over more cashiers when needed, and to make sure that no one gets mad at the cashiers (which happens quite often, usually from people who dont read the sale signs or are mad at the discontinuation of the coupon). As to the person who liked their custom frame, that’s awesome! I bought a few custom frames and worked as a custom framer for a while. I must admit that even though I do not work there anymore, I would still always go with Hobby Lobby custom frames. They are very high quality and the framers are very very well trained. As to the constant questioning of why Hobby Lobby cashiers have to type in every price and department, I believe that that was put in place instead of scanning items so that the cashiers know where everything in the store is at. This is why if you go to Hobby Lobby and ask an employee where something is at, they can at least get you to the right area for what you are looking for. Many times you will find that they can bring you to the exact spot of the item. The Portage Hobby Lobby also does a fantastic job of cleaning the bathrooms and making sure that merchandise is always displayed clearly and neatly. Overall, the Portage Hobby Lobby is a very good store in itself before even considering its large selection of craft supplies.

Love the variety! Prices are a little hit-or-miss. They stopped doing their app coupon, so theres that. Enjoyable staff. Usually spend too much money and time, and walk out with more than what I intended but thats kinda the fun 🤣😅

No help to be found on the sales floor, the traffic in that area is not for the timid, sometimes checkout wait lines are long. However, they have a very nice selection of all crafting and creative kinds. Diamond paintings, the cross stitch selection is particularly impressive, and the floral area is huge. I love shopping here when I have money to burn. They also occasionally have some really nice sales on things you never knew you needed. On my last visit I noted they had sterilized shopping carts and used shield guards at the checkout.

I have found my new favorite store. 😍 .I will be back

Sheesh where do I start??? This store has so many low key gems, if you have a creative mind this is definitely a place you can buy merchandise and start a business out of especially if you have an open mind...just check it out for yourself!

Great place to find home decor. They got rid of the 40% off coupons and not everything is on sale. That makes me not purchase things not on sale. They need to bring back coupons.

Hobby Lobby is great for finding floral arrangements and crafts of any kind.My sister found all the floral that she would need for her upcoming wedding and I found all the necessary materials to craft miniature sets for a stop motion film.

Now this store has every persons craft if not you can find it whatever the ability that you can do is there cars arts and crafts are concerned. I go there for my drawing supplies and art materials. Been a loyal customer for years

Social and political issues aside, Hobby Lobby is a solid craft supply business. They have the widest overall selection of crafting supplies thoughtout the Kalamazoo/Portage area. I particularly love Hobby Lobbys wide array of colored bandanas, which are very good quality and only 0.99 cents a piece.

Love this place. Only thing I dont like is their cpns are 40% off a regular priced item, but then everything is on sale so nothing is regular priced lol

A favorite and frequented place for my wife and I. There is a lot of good craft and art supplies here, along with home decor. They have a very large holiday decorations area for multiple holidays. They also have a good amount of party supplies with themes. Also, have a good toy selection for little kids to big kids and even adults.

If it involves crafts and you cant find it here then you did not ask any of the very helpful staff. I admire their corporate values. They do not shove it in your face but they stick by what they believe in. Theyre focused on high-quality products, amazing selection and terrific service. They even make a dude like me feel comfortable shopping there.

My wife Natalya is a painter, so she comes often to Hobby Lobby to buy materials, e.g. canvases, paint, and brushes. They have got plenty of that sort of things. It has always been a pleasant and easy experience.

The variety is awesome; could spend hours browsing. Customer service lower level is great but, on management level I was not impressed at all. S. Westnedge portage mi location. That is why only 3 stars.

The craft selection is out of this world. The amount of interior decorator is great. Promotes lots of ideas for interior design. The fake plants look so really. Large parking lot. Easy in and out of the parking lot.

Had high quality beads for jewelery making and good choices, this store is large with plenty to offer.

The only problem with Hobby Lobby is I stay longer than I should because there are so many wonderful and unique items to see there. It is my go to place for any craft type and home decorating items. I am delighted they now have the South Westnedge location, too.

I love hobby lobby! The staff is always super friendly and helpful! You can find basically anything at hobby lobby! They always have a percentage off of something. And there is something for everyone in my family! Great place to buy gifts for all sorts of friends!

A great selection of reasonably-priced and unique crafts, decor, holiday decorations and gifts. The store arrangement makes sense, in an aesthetic and themed way, and items are always organized and in stock. A family-oriented business, closed on Sunday, which is a plus, in my opinion. I have never had to wait over a minute or two when checking out, even when the store is busy. They always have an online coupon of 40% off a regular-priced item. However, furniture is always at least 30% off and, alternating weekly, half of the stores departments are 50% off. So, if I visit one week and an item us full-price, I can count on it being 50% off if I wait until next week and come back.
