I’m not sure if this is the doing of Chewy or FedEx, but I feel like it’s important to note. My order included 3 shipments, which was cool, but I kept getting notified that each box was essentially hopping on and off the truck for about a week (with no note from a driver about a locked door or anything like that-so I was confused) (plus they’re allowed to leave packages outside the building or in the leasing office mail room-so they had options). I went online and asked for them to be sent to the FedEx nearest me, which worked fine for one package. I received a call from a FedEx representative that, upon delivery of the other two packages to my home (which I had already asked to be sent to the FedEx by me), the driver was unable to drop them off because my apartment building doesn’t have a buzzer, which is not true. Plus, I was awake and would have heard an attempt. The representative offered that the packages be sent to a FedEx location that was slightly further from me, which I accepted. I drove to that location each day for the next 3 days to check and see if it was there, and it never was. Later in the evening yesterday, I received a call from my mom saying that my ex-stepfather (who I haven’t spoken to in years) received my packages to his home that I haven’t lived in for more than 3 years. My billing isn’t linked to that address, and I’ve never ordered from Chewy from that address. No clue how that information was collected. Luckily, he was feeling generous enough to offer to ship my packages to me directly.
It seems their equipment is old and is not working well, trying to scan some documents but both scanner/printer shots down and need to restart.Although personnel is friendly and with good manners they can’t help with that.As Jason (from FedEx) said this are not my equipment I can no do anything.And not even scan it for you, is not our job.Very disappointed about this branch and their service.
This location has the nicest staff I have ever encountered. The gentleman that took my call was very helpful and went out of his way to help me find a package that had arrived sooner than was planned. If more businesses were staffed like this location everyone would be a little nicer in this old world. it was just a breath of fresh air to deal with such a great staff.

I was in Friday to send a parcel with a prepaid label. Shari made my experience quick, easy and memorable. She greeted me at door, offered a super fast drop off, smiled the whole time and told me her name to offer me help with anything else I needed.
Busy store, but the wait wasnt to bad. The staff was friendly and helpful. This store seems to offer a lot more options than other FedEx stores Ive been into.
I arrived early one Saturday morning this past December, during one of the busiest time of the year. The staff was very helpful and patient the entire time. Great customer service and great employees!

Assistant Manager Jason is an ass!Gets way to close to you, yells in your ear and is very condecending. Wont let you look at things to make sure they are correct, just barrels through and your left with what he ends up with. Waste of money, have to have everything redone. Will first tell you to get copies yourself and then wait on other people that come in. Will definitely go to Portage printing next time. Had small amount of personal items this time but will take all business items elsewhere. What a creep!
Starting off, this is the first google review Iv written on any company. I do not take the time to tell about my bad experiences, but this is an exception. From the moment I walked in I heard employees speaking about how bad the night crew was because the cash drawer was balanced incorrectly. Meanwhile I am standing at the counter listening to some woman talking bad about the staff that closed the store. Then, she apologizes to me and asks if I need help. So I proceed to give her a box packed full of gifts, 7 or 8 wrapped packages, packed very neatly in a box ready to ship! I already had bubble lining in the box and the only breakable item had amazon bubble wrap on top of it.So she said she needed re wrap it because a 90 pound box would be landing on it off the conveyor belt and the packages would be damaged. I laughed and said thats not something you want to tell someone shipping a box of neatly wrapped toys for kids. I left and took it to ups, where they put a fragile sticker on it, applied $100 of insurance at no charge and assured me it would be delivered on time. I will not be using that fedex location ever again. Whoever that woman was behind the counter at 9:10am on 12-21 at the shipping center needs a little conference on how to act around a customer.

Whenever I went there, it was early morning, and the college-aged man was totally helpful, never condescending, and acted respectfully with me. I gave it a four, not a five, because Ive only been there once under the current owners management.

DROPPED OFF 12 PACKAGES, THEY ONLY SCANNED 8.... 4 DIDNT GET SCANNED AND I RECEIVED DEFECTS ON EBAY FOR EACH ITEM... CALLED TO DISCUSS IT, AND THEY TRANSFERRED ME TO A CORPORATE LOCATION WHO HAD TO CALL BACK AND STILL HAVENT LOCATED MY 4 PACKAGES....HORRIBLE SERVICE, LOST PACKAGES, NO HELP, NO ACCOUNTABILITY...MAYBE I SHOULD GO CHECK THE DUMPSTER????THANKS ALOT,NOT!@$%#$%^#@

Horrible customer service. Shipped plenty of times there without issues. Now they complain it has to be in a FedEx box when its in a box already just wrapped from top to bottom in moving wrap. Lady at counter was very rude and should NOT be running customer service counters with that attitude. I ship 2-3 times a week and I will NOT be coming back.
