Cheerfully and quickly helped with tire problem. No charge either!

I took two tires in that had nails in them to be repaired. They never let me know the tires were available for pickup until I called 24hr later and charged me $26. After I reinstalled the tires, the next day the same tire was flat in my garage. I took the tire to Discount Tire and because C & S only patched the tires and did not install a plug and a patch I had to purchase a new tire. If you need a tire repaired, Discount does it for free and installs a patch and plug to assure it doesnt leak.

Try to charge you 12 bucks for a patch and tells me it’s going to be 1 hour wait and 4 people not even wearing mask and just standing there. Would not recommend them and like the guy said before me just go to discount tire. They do it for FREE! C and S sucks.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We were traveling in March and got some major dings in the paint of our car. JAY not only mixed up the proper paint and color, he offered to paint it on. He is a professional, kind, courteous, and very helpful employee. It was a pleasure to meet him. He did a great job!

Took my pickup in there for a simple tire rotation. They didnt break off just 1, but 5 studs on my wheels. Then refused to fix it until Tuesday the following week and made us pay for the studs. They did do the manual labor free however. It was completely ridiculous.

Great customer service inside the store and shop but techs are way to slow on the oil changes. What takes 10 to 15 minutes on an oil change takes them an hour to get done.
