They treat you like family. Its cool. They remember your name. You pick the paydays, no delivery fee, free set up, fix it if its broke, no credit checks.. they do all that for you the only thing they ask is that you make your payment on time. They helped me out so much. I highly recommend!

The reason i am giving you a 4 star is becuse i have had nothing but good service. Now i was not the one paying for the items but it didnt matter to the womderful treatment the staff treated us with. They treated us as if we where both purchasing items and gave us the upmost respect in what ever desaition we made. I totally will continue to refer this porterville rent-a-center to my friends and family as well as on my social media pages there are always people asking for reccomendations on where to shop furniture.
