Ordered a $600 part and was told it will be in november 2nd when I ordered. I called in on the 2nd for my order and a girl answered and told me the tracking said it was delayed and to check back on the 3rd, which is today. I called today and was told by manager that there is no tracking available and they will probably have to reorder. I had to ask them to call and check if my order was even sent out. I feel like they are very disorganized. I recieved a call back as im writing this and they are saying that they do not have my part due to a core shortage. Not good business. Ive wasted time on a time sensitive project. Now back to square 1.

I have this place four stars because of the prices. I know they have to make a living. Other then that, everytime I had a question about a part, they found what I asked for.

I dont come here often. But the times i have they have great customer service.

I walked in the store today and Mason sold me a headlamp and needed to be replaced on my car, and at the same time as I was getting dark, I seen you guys had flashlights there for sale and Mason said we have two flashlights for $5 and I purchase both of them for both me and my girlfriend, He was very helpful today for my car to get to destination from point a to point b with his a help and guidance thank you AutoZone 👍👍

If you have never been to an Auto Zone... Im guessing youve never owned a car!!! Or at least an older car!!! But hey... this specific Auto Zone has been very helpful & knowledgeable... Staff was friendly & got me to what I needed as quickly as I had asked... A+. The store was neat & clean. Sales Rep even went out of his way to order an item for me that was out-if-stock... but On-sale, therefore; allowing me to still get the sales price! If you need auto supplies, tools, etc., this is a great place to shop! Plus there is ample parking & other stores you may want to visit in the same location.

I have never had so many things go wrong at once in any one car I have ever owned, but autozone was helpful throughout the process.

Customer service all right depends on shifts there some shifts that dont know what the hell there doing

I have had many successful repairs with their parts but the multi-function switch in the steering column for headlightsdoesnt remain in the off position when using turn signals.

Service slow prices are higher dont have much selection

The good first: they put my battery in for me and explained what I needed to know. The bad: super unprofessional. All the workers were cussing the whole time and being kinda inappropriate. Made me uncomfortable. I will probably go to one of the other AutoZones in town next time.

Came here for a small courtesy light bulb for a 2000 Silverado. Was told by staff here and another branch it was a dealer-only part (which I found hard to believe for a tiny push-fit bulb they must use on so many GM vehicles). A nearby OReillys found the correct bulb, which Autozone had in stock all along. In short, dont trust the advice from their database 100%. Staff were polite and efficient however.
