RELIABLE. Upfront, honest, trustworthy auto mechanics. I have taken various vehicles to Alpine, and all of my auto problems have always been handled competently. Ray is truly skilled at troubleshooting, and cares that John and Carlos are up to date in their training/certifications. My Dodge truck has nearly 300.000 miles on it, and going strong. Unlike some garages that I have been to, Ray and Jeannie are very down to earth and communicate well. They have never left me stranded with promises of vehicles being finished by a certain time, and are always true to their word. Good people, excellent service.

Went in for oil change drove 2 blocks battery light lit up called shop he tells me i need alternator looking at $1800 .When before going in no problems starting or battery issues.He is RUDE terrible service[I heard his mechanic come in and tell Ray something broke Ray went to my car came bk didnt mention nothing and they let me drive out like that UNTRUSTFULLY

Very bad customer service! RAY was very rude after he found out that my car had been sitting for 6 months he did not want to work on it. Then he implied that I could not afford to pay for his service? Very rude guy and horrible service overall. All I needed was a simple quote . Would not recommend anyone to take their car to get serviced by RAY

I took my car to Ray to get it smogged, after i left I had to take it back to replace the Radiator bleeder screw then a few days later he had to replace the upper radiator hose and thermostat that was $380 a wk later had to replace the Radiator and hoses another $838. I just had the radiator and heater hoses replaced again and it has only been 6 months since Ray supposedly put a new one in. Plus i replaced the the expansion (overflow) tank. I will never take a vehicle bk to alpine autohaus.
