I couldnt leave here without leaving a review.They fixed an issue with my camper trailer wheel and lugs/studs. The studs were previously damaged and the wheel had fallen off on the road. They had their specialist work on it to find the proper studs from across the town and fix it quick. They went the extra mile and fixed the wheel fender too.Good price and good turn around time.Besides they were the happiest bunch of guys to interact with. Best service I have ever come across.

My Mother is 73, and though she may not know much about cars, she knows people. A human lie detector. You always know where you stand with her, because she absolutely will tell you. So when a friend highly recommended Roscoes, she drove all the way from Visalia to bring her Jeep here.There was a variety of small issues she wanted to have taken care of throughout the car. I will admit, there were some issues with the work and some of the work was not finished. She was not happy and made this clear to them. She was scheduled to return to have the initial work completed and the rest of the work to be completed at an additional charge.So, my Mother and I had a couple of conversations about her returning, again commuting 35 minutes away, and the additional cost. What she should expect. When they were again in contact, when my Mother says they were genuinely apologetic and committed to making this right with her, you can take that to the bank. They provided her with a ride to my home where she waited. Every issue was corrected. They washed the Jeep, returned it to my home, and handed her the keys with no additional charges. They then walked her through every detail of work and made sure she was satisfied before leaving. Ma was happy, and they intuitively followed through on absolutely everything I wanted for her and more.If my Mother is happy, these guys are alright with me. I try and support local businesses and when my truck needs work, I would absolutely consider them.

Polite & fast service.I had a flat tire this morning and I went to American Tire Depot where they wouldnt patch it & wanted me to replace all my tires. Im on a budget right now because of the holidays so I decided to try Roscoes. I was having a really bad day and the man at the counter was so friendly. I was so delighted to see that they were able to put a patch on my 3 year old tires. When the day comes to replace my tires Ill definitely be back here.

Brought my car in to have some work done. Met Marcus the owner and he gave me his cell number so he could text me updates. Then I got the mechanics number for updates. After a month, I heard nothing but its done, Went to pick it up and the mechanic that worked on it had been fired, the car had not been finished, nobody could tell me anything about it, and there was an extra $300 added to the price. He said Ill have Marcus call you. He didnt.

Im not at all satisfied, I believe I was gouged. I spent $1570 and my car isnt repaired. I checked at another area tire shop to be told the work I had done could have been done by a reputable mechanic for $200 + cheaper*Id like to say that the needed repairs were done after I complained. My car was fixed free of charge. The prices were steep but overall I was ultimately satisfied.
