Im in disbelief with some of the reviews I have read, Mendez has always been fair and honest with his work. I have been going to this shop for 7 years now because my parents always get their cars serviced here since pshhh I cant even remember because its been so long. We have never came across a problem with any of our vehicles. In my opinion I feel like some of these reviews are one sided. If these reviews where true, I highly doubt they would still be in business. If I remember correctly this shop has been around for 30 plus years from what I over heard the young lady in the office telling my husband. I speak for myself my husband and my family when I say we want to thank everyone at Mendez Auto for always being so great to us and all the times when we have had financial problems you worked with us to get us back on the road. I hope God continues to bless you and your business so it can continue to grow and prosper

Great service and theyre quick too. I had my car smogged and was in and out within fifteen minutes.

Poor communication, promise work done in one day but job takes six days, shoddy work, charge for parts not needed and dont show the old parts they replaced. When checked on found not working on car but smog checking other cars, Very unprofessional. I will never go into their shop again and suggest others to beware. Im considering filing complaints with Consumer Affairs and the BBB.

Dont know anything about the newer cars and charged a friend over $2k, just to tell him his ecu needed to be replaced after doing alot of un needed repairs. Horrible scammers!!
