Love Starbucks. They know me by my first name. And all the workers are kind and always smiling. They get so busy some days it takes time to get your order but they its always worth the wait. I like using the app and ordering in advance it saves time and effort on a busy morning when heading to work. Thanks guys you rock!!

I had a bad experience with Caitlyn at the drive-thru window. There was a long line, when it was my turn to order, no one answered for at least five minutes. A car honked at me so i got a bit nervous. I just figured the speaker was messed up so i drove up. Even the car in back of me waited lik 2-3 minutes before someone took his order. So when I got up to the window i explained to her the situation & she told me they cant take orders when you pull up but that shed make an exception. But she did say this with an attitude. My response was, what was i suppose to do? She said i needed to wait until someone on the speaker took my order. Then she proceeded to say no one took my order because they had new employees so they were training. I do understand that situation, but dont take it out on me. Someone couldve easily said on the speaker one second, well be with you shortly.

Experience was good. Only thing that surprised me was I expected to walk in and grab my mobile order. Instead, I had to wait in the drive thru to receive my drinks. Would have been nice to know when I placed my order. Other than that, very professional. Thanks, Josh

If u go to the one on hernderson omg inside or out side they take forever u will be waiting a long time thats for sure n drink are alright I guess

I visited on 12/5 between 2 and 3 pm. at corner of Olive and Main streets. I dont go that often to Starbucks so I dont know the menu that well. The young man there gave me a couple of suggestions and this super knowledgeable young man at the register suggested a half praline with half white mocha iced mocha which turned out delicious. I appreciated the helpful suggestions very much and a very helpful attitude. Super employee!

I had a great experience at this Starbucks. Its usually this way here, although it has been some time since coming to this location. I highly recommend it. Very relaxing and great customer service.

4 stars out of 5, the place is absolutely beautiful. Staff is always amazing when ever I visit but thats the issue, the staff. They need more staff during their busiest hours, those being the morning. They do not have sufficient staff to keep the flow of the place smooth. Other than that excellent place to grab a Starbucks!

Always has friendly customer service. Stays busy but you dont usually wait too long if you go in for service. Drive-thru is usually 10-15 cars every time I go.

Normally a 5 star rating cause the service is excellent and the drinks are great 99% of the time but this one visit my Mom really disliked her drink and wanted to take it back but I didnt want to drive all the way back but like I said out of all of the times we go there that was one bad drink. The place needs work. It doesnt feel inviting. No one greets you. The flavor is off. Not a place for me. Starbucks in Target is way better.

Mobile Orders are behind 5-15 minutes regardless of the time of day. They need more quality staff who care about quality and speed of work.

Great place but sometimes takes a while

They get to know their customers likes and dislikes and once you tell them what you want they tend to remember your preferences for your next visit. I like this Starbucks more than any other I have frequented

Constantly get my order wrong. They “make it right” but it’s all too consistent at this location. Better off going to another one up the road.

Nice workers but can’t make one of the coffee correct salted cream cold foam cold brew. The foam is just terrible I don’t know of the other drink I pretty sure the are good . I only purchase the cold brew. Sorry but I just keep it real .

Didnt look like much from the outside but as soon as you enter the building its nice and clean. The staff are very nice and helpful. Its located just down the road from the Courthouse.

Employees are great, it’s a clean store, but when you explain to the cashier to load money on the gold card and to then use the gold card (so I can get points) they get confused and then load the gold card and continue to use the normal card so I get charged double. But if they fixed that, it’s a pretty good Starbucks.

I’ve gone to this place numerous times and every time, I get the slowest drive thru service. They randomly will change up their hours as well. Twice I’ve gone to their lobby to see a note on the door that they decided to close early and another time I waited in the drive thru for 15 min only to get to the speaker at 9:31 and be told they closed at 9:30 that night and would not service me. The service is less than friendly and I promise you it’s far more worth it to drive to a different location than to wait and suffer at this one.

Love my black coffee! Consistently great and affordable...cheaper than Dennys. My only complaint would be those hard wooden seats...cushions would be nice.

Eveytime I drove through to get my coffee, I had to wait on average about 15 minutes even the line wasnt long. They took time to talk to each others and make drinks slowly regardless people were waiting. The other Starbucks stores work faster and have better service.

The coffee was good but the waiting time not so much. Lately the waiting time is to much it took then mofe than 10 min to give me my order. Really disappointed on the waiting time.

Friendly staff, delish peppermint vanilla latte - my go-to drink all year long. 3 pumps of each flavor is just enough sweetness for me.

Again I blows me away that we can’t seem to get a consistent star bucks in Porterville. I waited in line for over 20 minutes to find out they don’t have the ingredients to make the coffee I want. Then the coffee I do order looks nothing like what they advised. It’s a lot like the burger joints showing you a big juicy burger and then when you order and get home it looks like someone ran it over. For what I’m paying for a cup of coffee I want what they advertise. Just sad

My favorite place

Nice and friendly Staff and love their coffee products and drinks. I did bring up the Palm Trees grown next to the sign and how it will get big and let management know itll be a nuisance when it gets bigger.

They have fast and friendly service. This is one of the nicer locations in town. This location does have a drive-through.

I took the grandkids in for a special Christmas vacation treat. Bought 6 different drinks and cake pops. The kids got their order promptly, but the adult drinks were completely forgotten. When I asked about it I was ignored. I had to ask 3 different girls until I was actually listened to. I was told the sticker machine messed up. I understand that mistakes are made, but a customer she be paid attention to instead if brushed off.

Seriously the girl at the register was great. So this review has nothing to do with her. If I was just doing a review on her she would have 4stars. As for the rest of the crew. When ya have a line of cars in drive thru 5 cars long and like 6 people in the cafe. You shouldnt be flapping your gums with a co-worker whos off the clock. Took nearly 20mins to get the one drink we ordered. They should learn from the crews that work at Target a bit. At least they can make a drink in less then 6mins.

New bartenders here sucks! Ordered my usual drink never heard my name called so I decided to check if its ready, sure it is but my frap is all melted already. I guess Ill start going to Olive instead.

Worst service ever, don’t recommend, straight trash, 0/10. I’ve been there multiple times and received bad service, they don’t like young people. Don’t go here.

I frequent many Starbucks, with this by far being the worst one. It took 20+ mins to get a simple passion tea, and vanilla bean frap. The costomer service was horrendous, Noe seemed to be in a terrible mood, I understand that people have bad days but the costomer is not at fault. Monnie the “manager” did nothing to rectify the situation. Very saddened with my experience at this location.
