I am in the back waiting to fax something and there are 3 people behind the counter. I needed to walk over to an associate working the floor to help us just get the fax number. Only after she rolled her eyes and sighed. After we are half way through our fax the people behind the counter are very short and made me feel Luke I was being an inconvenience to their job. If they spend 10 seconds listening to what we needed they would not have to keep looking over to ask if we are finished multiple times. Very uncomfortable

I am sure that I am in the top 5 shoppers for this store. I am in this store weekly picking up different computer items for my customers. Eddie is just the best, you can talk about anything radio with him. Adam is super nice. The entire team is great and helpful.

Giving the Porterville store a generous 2/5. The back fax, copy area is very slow. Today I waited in line while one employee helped the 4 people ahead of me. Jusf as my turn came a 2nd employee showed up and got me a cover sheet for my fax. Filling it out cost me my place in line. Back to the end of the line, another 4 people ahead of me. As my turn comes a customer walks up from a side aisle yelling for the manager. He abandons me and the others waiting and leaves to help the guy. No sorry, no be right back, nothing. Took my cover sheet and went across the street to the UPS Store. Friendly and fast, UPS charged $1.50. Office Max charge listed on the cover sheet would have been $4.68. Not only were they slow and rude by ignoring people who were waiting in line, they were 3 times the cost of the UPS Store. I know where Im going next time and it wont be Office Max!

The girl in the back, I want to say her name started with an A (Anderson, Ashley, Something with an A) and I feel so bad for forgetting her name, but she was super nice! She was the only one working the copy center and there was a long line. No biggy I wasnt in a rush and I understand she was doing all she could as fast as she could. The moment I got in line she asked if I would like a chair to sit in. I am very pregnant and it was a super nice gesture! She made sure to keep everyone entertained in line by making small talk and small jokes here and there which helped the time pass quickly. She keep everyone in the loop about their orders and etas on when they would be done. I had to come back again forgetting to print out another paper I needed and she immediately remembered talking to me about my little girls name. All in all she was very friendly as well as very professional keeping everyone entertained and in the loop about their orders. Shes AMAZING! Very good experience here.

Went in for some stuff & spent a good amount of money on everything & the older man at the check out was very rude, didnt help or answer any of my questions at all & also put in someone elses reward card information without even asking me what my name or information was & when I asked him about it he refused to help fix his mistake & just turned his back, so now someone just got all my reward points I was suppose to get.

The woman in copy center is amazing and always friendly. The staff that stand around up front are never helpful. When they see a customer walk in they pick something up and pretend to be busy until the customer walks by ..then they put their things down and proceed what they were doing before....nothing.. Alot of things are over priced. But I dont mind because things actually last when you buy them here...

Went there looking for an all-in-one wireless printer. After 20 minutes I was asked if I needed help. I told them yes, he told me hed be right back to help me. In the time it took him to go to the cash register and back another customer came in. So he decided apparently to help that other customer instead. So I left.

Went in to get some prints made from a thumb drive and the lady behind the desk was very patient with me because The 1st thumb drive I gave her was the wrong one. She helped me with a smile the whole time and got the prints made in a timely manner.

The manager is one of the best managers of a retail location that I have had the pleasure to deal with in many years. Much more expensive than I would like, but they are good in a pinch and are willing to work with you if you need something unique printed. The costs are just astronomical compared to competitors though, I avoid this place if I can just due to that.
