Store was clean and easy to get around to find what I needed. Very helpful sales associate helped me with choosing a phone charger for my husband to have while in the hospital. I was tired from a long day in the ER and she was kind and patient while I decided on the correct one I needed. Just what I needed at that time. 😊

If you are thinking about getting film developed here, you should stop and think again because I dropped my film off there in early November and they stated that it would at most take ten days to develop but boy where they wrong I didnt receive my film until just last week! It took them like six weeks to develop it and have it sent back to the store. I do not recommend this place if you do not wish to wait over a month for your film to get processed.

The management there need to focus on their customer service. A specific older female manager was rude, inattentive & impatient. She claimed she can only cancel two transactions per customer. Like k, that’s bs. Any other customer would apologize not knowing that’s complete bs. I am also in management at a different store & there’s no way there’s a limit of 2 cancellations per customer. & if I’m wrong, we’ll then wow. Walgreens is something else. I’ve never heard of such thing. I use to love going to Walgreens for a quick check out & friendly staff but after that, I rather stay my distance. Don’t be so quick to judge a book by its cover. Just cause I looked young doesn’t mean I wouldn’t be able to recognize bs. Been working in customer service for 6 years. 🙄😒

This place has great service as soon as you walk in the door. They greet you with a hello and a smile. You get discounts when you sign up for their discount card. The pharmacists and staff are wonderful and am very appreciative that I get notice of prescription medicine recall for any issues like I just received the other day. Its unique but it does happen and very greatful for the heads up

Worst Pharmacy ever! Wouldnt fill a pain medication for my spouse who had just had surgery and was waiting outside in the car. They said it was an narcotic and they couldnt read the signature. I would have to go back to Visalia where the surgeon was and get a new one. Luckily our doctor s receptionist referred us to another pharmacy that filled it immediately. Another time I waited in line for 20 minutes, got to the counter only to find I had to go to my doctor to get approved for another refill. Understand that. Got the new prescription and waited for another good 15 minutes in line - got to the counter and they were out of the medication. Try not to go if I can help it. Complained to corporate office - no response.

I like Walgreens with coupons plus special items & can get great price. The service is very good & cashiers always nice & its clean.

Majority of the employees are wonderful!!!! Some of management can be very rude. Especially for someone that shops in their store often and has had many problems that I have no control over. Ive had to call corporate right there in the store because they couldnt help me. This being at their request. Also, telling me to come back another day because they cant help me. Such as little things like a coupon that is from their store....I could go on but you get the point.

I go to this one because it is where my Doctor is but the one in Tulare by Walmart is more consistent with less waiting probably because it is a bigger town & they can afford to employ more than one pharmacist. The pharmacist goes out to lunch in Porterville & they cant release your prescription without their approval so you wait till they get back.

Terrible customer service.i went in because I needed to contact my daughter to bring my car to me and my cell just died in the middle of call.The lady would not let me borrow thier phone to make a call.such horrible attitude.should not be in customer service at all.

Dropped off a prescription. Gave them street name. Go and pick up prescription and have the wrong street name and spell last name totally wrong. And act like its my fault that I wanted it corrected.

If you have Walgreens card, you can save a lot of money.
